Microsoft Red West Phase 2 OFFICE BUILDINGS

REVIT model rendering landscape plan
Microsoft Expansion 750,000sq ft. office expansion to the Microsoft campus in Redmond, Washington. The three office buildings with large atrium are centred around the cafĂŠ and MPR , bordering a protected wetland and forest. One office building consists of three wings organized around a central atrium with the entrance wing opening up to the drop off. The long facades are clad in precast concrete with reddish terracotta signifying the ends of the building and with reference to Red West Phase 1. exterior rendering

Cafe / MPR Building The Cafe and MPR of the Microsoft campus is the first stand-alone building on the Redmond Campus, and with its central location becomes a prominent building on Campus. The upper closed box encased in terracotta is the Conference facilities while below is the cafe with its variety of dining pavilions looking out onto the campus event space. elevation drawings

Yifei Creative Street Yifie Creative Street is a commercial project dedicated to the artist / entrepreneur Chen Yifie offering storefront for artists and craftsmen. Located behind the Science Museum in Shanghai with a canal flowing by the original masterplan done by Will Alsop. The buildings are playful and dynamic reflecting the movement of the artistic scene in Shanghai, everchanging and always cutting edge. canal elevation

HEADQUARTERS
Located at a major intersection along the Second Ring Road in Beijing’s eastern Dongchen district, the CNOOC headquarters building is a counterpoint to the massive Ministry of Foreign Affairs situated on the opposite corner.the building’s form evokes images of offshore oil production :the prow-lie shape recalls an oil tanker’s bow and the tower elevated, above the ground on piloti, suggests an offshore oil derrick.

International competition for a new development outside Copenhagen, to be shown as a example of sustainable city in 2010 Expo. Our planning takes idea from the existing industrial layer of inlets and quays making them connected into a canal network creating closeness to the water. The green park system is a network of bike trails and walking paths making the city pedestrian friendly and sustainable with farms and plantations.
