THE FACADE EMPHASIZE A MODERN LOOK DESIGN THAT STANDS OUT IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. THE VERTICAL CLADDING ADDS TEXTURE AND DEPTH TO THE FACADE, WHILE CONTRASTING THE HORIZONTAL FORM OF THE BUILDING.
THE SPACE IN THE CENTER ARE SHARED BETWEEN THE RESIDENCE IN THE SITE.
BOTH ROW HOUSE OWNERS AND APARTMENT RESIDENCE SHARES A COMMON SPACE FROM WHICH IT ENFORCE SOCIAL INTERACTION AND COLLABORATIONS WHILE STILL MAINTANING SOME PRIVACY.
