s we navigate our way through the shift of the ages, and this great awakening blooming like plankton across the planet, it just seems there are so very many things and issues one has to be aware of and contend with if we are to avoid running aground on the rocks & shoals of a rapidly changing reality paradigm. It seems almost a daily occurrence that the populace of the planet is betrayed and deceived by those who have managed to slime their way into positions of leadership. Every day we are shown newer and more disgusting examples of this betrayal, feeling powerless perhaps to change it much less fight against it. There is a nebulous sense that something really big is about to happen; you can’t quite put your finger on it, but you feel it just the same. You can feel the tension of all this when you observe the people you encounter and work with every day. Everyone is now feeling the effects of both the shift, and the mass awakening underway. For those who are awake, aware and on a spiritual path, these energies are perhaps easier to deal with because we are aware of and acknowledge them. It’s a different story with the sleeping dreamers trying to make sense of what is unfolding around us all as a 3D reality steadily shifts to a higher frequency vibration. Both share a common enemy. Either way, awake or asleep, there is a built in aspect of self within each of us which if allowed to, can take over your life and make a shambles of it in ex-

treme cases, and that is the ego; or to be more precise, our negative ego. When we incarnate into the physical form, the focus of consciousness is shifted from the higher conscious mind, thru the unconscious and subconscious mind…to the conscious mind. Once incarnated the whole self is divided up into several “aspects of self” such as the inner child, nurturing parent & disapproving parent, masculine and feminine and the ego; which as stated has both a positive and negative expression. I like to imagine this collective might be structured perhaps something like a large corporation, with the self, (being us) as the CEO or president, and the various aspects of self each performing their functions as specialized departments within the “corporate structure of self.” It is important to understand that the ego does not exist in the higher conscious mind, where there is no need of it; rather it is an aspect of self existing only in the embodied state, created to assist the self on the material plane of existence. The incarnated soul nearly always finds itself overwhelmed in this earthly environment, and the ego emerged to assist the self with survival, how to find value, meaning and how to belong. The ego is designed and programmed to serve as the eye through which we view and understand the world around us, its sole function being to deliver to us information from the outside world. The trouble is that the new ego is as overwhelmed as we are by the

y name is Rick Simpson. I have been providing people with instructions on how to make Hemp Oil medicines for about 8 years. The results have been nothing short of amazing. Throughout man’s history hemp has always been known as the most medicinal plant in the world. Even with this knowledge hemp has always been used as a political and religious football. The current restrictions against hemp were put in place and maintained, not because hemp is evil or harmful, but for big money to make more big money, while we suffer and die needlessly. Look at a proposal such as this; if we were allowed to grow hemp in our back yards and cure our own illnesses, what do you think the reaction of the pharmaceutical industry would be to such a plan? Many large pharmaceutical companies that still exist today sold hemp based medicines in the 1800′s and early 1900′s. They knew then what I have recently found out. Hemp oil if produced properly is a cure-all that the pharmaceutical industry can’t patent. Two years a go I contacted the Liberals, the Conservatives and the New Democratic Party about this situation. I also provided them with evidence to backup what I was saying. No one lifted a finger, in most cases I was lucky to get a reply. I contacted the R.C.M.P. along with many other organizations and Public Interest TV shows, with little or no response. Why are all these people trying to avoid such a simple truth? If I am in some way wrong in what I have been saying then I invite the system to come and prove it. I would be happy to put on a public demonstration of what this oil can do. That would answer this question for the Canadian public once and for all. It seems unbelievable that we have a law in Canada that will not allow us to cure our own diseases with a natural herbal remedy. While much of the evidence for the effectiveness of Hemp is reports from patients and doctors, it is important to realize that this reporting leads to restrictions of drugs and their withdrawal from the market. Such was the case with doctors reporting the birth defects from Thalidomide and heart problems with the FenPhen combination of drugs. Further reports led to new uses for Thalidomide as a drug to treat leprosy rather than morning sickness. Anecdotal evidence (reports and observation by patients or doctors) usually indicates to a doctor that a treatment or drug should be altered, discontinued or changed. In addition to the evidence, much research has been done and a list of a few of the researchers and their papers or publications is here. [Penicillin was approved for use with less experience and data than is available on the effectiveness of Hemp - only six patients]. The results of the cases can be readily replicated by any practitioner, medical or otherwise, anywhere, to cure malignant melanomas and more importantly, save lives. The topical application of hemp oil salves or balms helps to control or cure various skin conditions. Taken orally, the oil tends to seek out and destroy cancer cells in the body, but as with any drug, too much can cause side effects; most notable with hemp oil is drowsiness. Unlike opiates and their derivatives, hemp oil is not addictive. For those who may find it incredible that the medical establishment would ignore or even disdain such research we remind

the reader that the history of the medical establishment includes examples of mule-like stubbornness, incompetence, mediocrity, greed, arrogance, and stupidity. Consider the case of Dr. Ignas Semmelweis: In 1847, Dr. Semmelweis, a respected Hungarian physician who was concerned about the high mortality rate of women giving birth in hospital, instituted a procedure at one hospital whereby doctors washed and disinfected their hands before delivering babies. Immediately, the mortality rate dropped from THIRTY percent to near zero. Seven other hospitals followed suit with similar results. The European medical establishment recognized Dr. Semmelweis’s achievement by blocking his applications for further research funds, vilifying and ostracizing him, and, ultimately, causing him to lose his prestigious positions at maternity hospitals. In America, the newly formed American Medical Association added insult to injury by threatening to revoke the license of any doctor caught washing his hands. Dr. Semmelweis was so distressed that women continued to die that he suffered a mental breakdown that eventually led to his death in 1865. Don’t expect a doctor working inside the system to buck the system. The risks are still too great! The advice she or he offers you is controlled by the large medical industry that makes its money from expensive cancer fighting drugs and treatments. It is an industry that doesn’t look favorably on natural supplements or other cancer treatments that they cannot patent or make a large profit from. Years from now the current conventional cancer treatments used by doctors will on the whole be viewed in the same light that we view the old medical practice of blood letting to cure illnesses.

After the horrible earthquake in Japan, that has caused all this damage to many of the nuclear reactors that are operating in that country, radiation is now spreading worldwide. With high levels of radiation being released into the atmosphere on a continuous basis, it will have a devastating effect on the lives of most living creatures. But once again if used properly high quality hemp oil can provide a solution that will be of great help to mankind in alleviating this situation. For years I have been telling the public, that every man woman and child on this earth, should be taking small doses of this oil everyday to maintain good health. With all the radiation that is now entering our atmosphere, it is basically urgent, that we now all start ingesting this oil as soon as possible to undo the damage this radiation will cause. Through my experience with the use of this oil, I have found that there is nothing more effective or more harmless that can reduce the damage caused by radiation. I have seen patients that were suffering from cancer who were badly damaged by the effects of radiation treatments, that were able to completely eliminate the damage in a short time. Some who have come to me that had radiation treatments, were burned so badly by its effects that their shin looked like red leather. After ingesting the oil treatment their skin went back to its normal healthy state and the radiation burns disappeared completely. If the oil can do this for someone that was badly damaged by such so called medical treatments, would its use not be effective to combat the effects of the radiation, now emanating from Japan. There are thousands of reasons why the medicinal use of the cannabis plant, should never have been restricted in the first place. But now with the menace that all this escaping radiation presents, we would have to be insane to turn our backs on the use of hemp extracts to help us all deal with this situation. I truly feel sorry for the misery the people of Japan are now going through and if nothing can be done to stop the radiation from escaping, they may loose their homeland entirely. Don’t be fooled by government double talk, radiation is an invisible but dangerous threat to the well being of us all and only a complete fool would try to say otherwise. The wondrous medicinal effects of properly produced oil from the cannabis hemp plant are finally being recognized once more worldwide. This is just one more reason, we must begin to start growing this plant on a grand scale and it is time that we all told our governments that we have had enough of their nonsense. Reunion of Opposites by Fredalupe!

s I write this from the southern hemisphere spring, soon to be summer, is bursting for the first time ever during this time of year for me. The sun has been warmly shining for hours, all manner of bird life swirl about the little cabana where I’ve been invited to stay for a time. Together, each in our own way, we’re singing our gratitude to this glorious day. I’m grateful to be here. I’m grateful to still be able to work with The New Agora even though I’m literally on the other side of the world exploring the unknown, music, art and so many new human relations it’s dizzying. Since I arrived here the community around me has been preparing for a three day festival that will attract thousands of celebrants. Actually the celebrations started a while back, basically the day I arrived here, and will most likely go well on into the fifth Sun in a perfect welcome for the Mayan new year. My very strong feeling is that 2013 will be a blast of unmitigated delight. Enjoy the new beginnings heralded by the Cosmic synchronicity of this special time: there’s enough for everybody and everyone’s invited to the Show. I’ve seen quite a bit in the last few weeks, a vigorous protest against mining in Montevideo, Uruguay, and now an incomprehensibly big one in Buenos Aires whose participants flooded the city for miles. Although they might not have the benefit of all the information at our fingertips the folks down here stand up for themselves and the land with an exuberant passion and a joy of solidarity. While The New Agora is spreading throughout Canada I’ve been given the chance to fulfill a few of my personal dreams. Powered by that same fulfillment, the third book in the trilogy Lorenzo and I started years ago finally has the room to grow and flower, and so do I! I have the very strong feeling and the evidence before my eyes that people are doing that all around the world. This is a great time to be alive. The canvas is limitless imagination. Here practical examples of people living free abound. The folks all around me are tackling the very real and rewarding challenges of birthing their dreams of a beautiful life. Oh, it’s anarchic and chaotic and hilarious and astounding and so very, very colourful. Each new person I meet enriches my idea of the possible and has completely convinced me of just how amazingly unique a bunch of humans can be. And it’s all so heartfelt! They greet you with a hug and a kiss on the cheek, a pat on the back, and of course, a how-do-you-do. Happens again when you part company. It’s lovely, and just this simple loving exchange has done wonders for my sense of family, camaraderie and bonhomie. So far not too many folks here know what’s going on elsewhere in the world, mind you, which makes for crazy dramatic conversations but good ones nevertheless. And these southern folks sure do love communicating! And celebrating! And just enjoying each others company. I have never seen so many sunrises. Buenos Aires, perfectly named, really is a tango and that’s means more then I’ve been able to completely absorb as yet, but I can feel the rhythm. The architecture of the buildings and cobbled streets is spellbinding: chaos resplendently clothed in elegance. They say chaos comes before change and growth; I’ve proven that to be so for myself, and it perfectly explains this bustling buzzing bursting jungle city. I only spent a week and a half there and I can’t wait to continue to explore its living labyrinth. What a ride! I admit to being nervous because of all the bad press but my goodness am I glad I went. Violet flowering trees blooming everywhere! Of course there are elements of decay and corruption in this megacity, but propaganda debunked: everywhere I’ve ever travelled the largest majority of people I’ve met were hospitable, welcoming and interested in our differences and our commonalities. The rest were just haggard from stress. Survival sucks and Fear is no fun when it’s all you feel. Abundance cures all that. Without the oppressive forces on humanity...actually in a sense it’s because of them that we have all the more cause to become free. Reunion of opposites at work. The contrast to where I am staying right now couldn’t be more pronounced. There’s no internet, we’re barely on the grid, no city, no unnatural noises and no pollution; just the Sun, blue sky, fluffy clouds, horses, birds I’ve never seen before, and a whole ecosystem peopling this natural paradise in harmony. A waterfall excites the Chi (life-force) just outside my window, while time is wholly remade of a different cloth, one that seems eternal and fits as though tailor made, which it seems is the case. Now more then ever before I’m completely convinced of the power of synchronicity and of how my life truly has followed a perfect design to bring me to who and where I am. Little did I believe that before. I fought my happy destiny like a madman, opposing the manifestation of my own happiness and delight with every reason I could come up with until I just couldn’t refuse to dance any more. Strangely much of it came to me through a romantic night of tango whose emissary gave me no alternative but to feel for myself the depth and vulnerability of my own tender heart, a journey that I now so softly tread. The great difficulties I encountered before getting here really underlined just how much negativity I was still generating in my life. My personal acknowledgement of responsibility for my life (in a nut shell) freed the energy for the super positive healing self-forgiveness that followed in a powerful reunion of opposites. I sure have made it hard on myself throughout the years, but even that, seen from my current inclusive perspective, is perfect. All part of growing up. Working on wholeness leads to acting and expressing that intent out loud. So we’re working on a plan to do just that on a grand scale. In agreement it looks like The New Agora will be in Alberta soon with the rest of Canada eagerly awaiting its turn, its champions, its voice, its community. The plan so far is straight forward, in a sense, and follows the natural path of balance and redress for what ails us all, one step at a time, which is really all that’s necessary to greet change with open arms, rising to help ourselves. We can heal Japan, the Gulf of Mexico, the skies, the waters, the seas, our minds, our bodies, our hearts, and all else besides. We already have all the tools at hand as they grow all around and inside us as well. We are a creative force, naturally in tune with Creation. Together there is no stopping us. Coming together is essential. After all, for all our wonderful differences We are of One Heart. Though the Task seems daunting it is not beyond us, not even close. A freed conscious humanity is already here and born ready for imagining limitless evolution and making it so. That’s you and me by the way. Amazing times. Evolutionary times. The answers to all our woes, the energy to power our dreams is Love. Simple as beans. Magic beans. We love ourselves: hence do no harm; then see how big we really are, include it all in that loving ‘ourselves’, and then whammo: we’re not just connected to the Source we are the Source expressing itself. Heck, simple acts of kindness do the trick. That’s human nature. Love is our natural element, and we’re just at the tail end of an incredible journey into and through separation, presently directed towards reunion with ourselves to reclaim our wholeness. What wonders from such a dance!

t seems as though most Americans don’t know that the Obama administration has backed off its commitment to stop a Canadian oil firm from bringing dangerous and toxic tar sands from the fields in Alberta, Canada to oil refineries in Texas. But in East Texas, the farm lands and forests have been seized for the Canadian company through eminent domain and are already being destroyed for the foreign pipeline. Yesterday, October 24, Leslie Harris of Dallas, Texas and I visited the “boys” in the trees, the great activists who have been living in the trees along the Trans Canada Keystone XL pipeline that is carving a terrible scar in the countryside of East Texas. Earlier in the day we had been meeting with dozens of Tar Sands Blockade (TSB) activists who are preparing campaigns in East Texas and Houston to challenge the XL pipeline.

The Tar Sands Blockade (TSB) fellows are living in tree houses built high in the branches of tall oak trees next to the piles of sandy soil that has been dug up and mounded 30 feet high. Huge green pipes lay on the side of the trench sliced deep into the Texas soil. Michael’s Construction company has been hired to lay the first 90 miles of pipeline in East Texas. We surprised their security personnel when we emerged from the forest and underbrush virtually beneath the tree houses. Even though they are not police, the company security employees wear POLICE jackets. The security employees have set up a camp under the trees that the activists are living in, ready to detain them when they come down from the trees, or detain anyone bringing supplies to them. We had walked through the oak and pine woods and the thick underbrush to the “No Trespassing” yellow tape the security personnel had set up very close to the trees where the activists were living. We brought out our yellow “Crime Scene” tape and put it up in a couple of places identifying the gash in the earth for what it really is. We yelled up to two young men on the tree platforms, thanking them for what they are doing. After a few stunned seconds, two surprised voices yelled back. When asked how long they had been in the trees, one responded, “24 days” and the second replied, “A week longer! 30 days!” “How are you holding up?” we asked. “Fine, we’ve got lots of food and water, but we’ve run out of reading materials so we are re-reading books and magazines.” “Is it lonely being up there?” we asked. “No, lots of animal life — squirrels, birds, even a white owl. And lots of noise from the machines.” “How is the night sky?” we asked. “Strange you should ask, because last night was the first night we have not had flood lights shining up at us. It was beautiful to finally see the stars at night and to have some quiet time with no generator noise. But, they probably will have the lights on us tonight.” “How long are you staying up there?” we asked. “As long as it takes,” came the answer.

Earlier in the day, Cherri Foytlin, the wife of a Gulf coast oil worker and mother of six from Louisiana, chained herself to a gate at the Keystone XL pipeline storage yard in nearby Winfield, Texas and blocked six trucks from leaving the grounds. Under a banner that said “Defend All Coasts”, Foytlin was arrested as her chains were cut by sheriff deputies with bolt cutters. Cherri was threatened with a felony use of a criminal instrument-a chain and lock. Ultimately, she was charged with Class A Misdemeanor Criminal Trespass of a Habitation/Shelter/ Superfund/Infrastructure, a new charge leveed at activists. Her bail is $2500. By the time you read this I will be actively engaged in a non-violent direct action designed to bring awareness to the construction of the southern leg of the Keystone XL Pipeline, to this country’s continuing use of our cherished Gulf Coast as the nation’s energy sacrifice zone, and in defense of our Mother Earth. n Vietnam, Agent Orange was dropped by the US to poison a foreign population. In Iraq and the former Yugoslavia, depleted uranium was used. In Western countries, things are a bit more complicated because various states have tended to avoid using direct forms of physical violence to quell their own populations (unless you belong to some marginalized group or hit a raw nerve, as did the Occupy Movement last year). The pretence of democracy and individual rights has to be maintained. One option has been to use South American crack cocaine or Afghan heroin to dope up potential troublesome sections of the population. It’s worked wonders: highly lucrative for the drug running intelligence agencies and banks awash with drug money, while at the same time serving to dampen political dissent in the most economically and socially deprived areas. Another tactic has of course been the massive ever-increasing growth of the surveillance industry to monitor ordinary citizens. But drugs, surveillance and direct violence are kind of a last resort to keep a population in check. Notwithstanding baton charges, tear gas and the use of rubber bullets on the European mainland and that the US Government is not ruling out the use of violence on its own people, ideology via the media has and continues to be the choice of method for population control in Western countries. Whether it’s through the paranoia induced by the fear of terrorism or more general propaganda spewed out by the mainstream ‘news’ channels, political agendas and modes of thought are encouraged which seek to guarantee subservience and ‘integration’, rather than forms of critical thought or action that may lead to a direct questioning of or a challenge to prevailing forms of institutionalized power. From trade unions to political parties, oppositional groups are infiltrated, de-radicalized and incorporated into the system and critical stances are stifled, ridiculed or marginalized. Consensus is manufactured both in cultural and political terms. Every once in a while, at voting time, they are called on to parrot or back some meaningless slogans. Politics is no longer about great ideas. The acquisition of power has become the core value in itself, not socialism or any other radical philosophy. What is required from mainstream political leaders is technocrat not radical; middle manager not firebrand. In an era of advanced capitalism, the role of mainstream glove puppet political leaders is to demonstrate competence when it comes to managing the machinery of state in order to fine tune the status quo, not overhaul it. If ‘serious’ debate does even attempt to rear its head, it is increasingly to be found as part of a standardized, corporate TV news-cum-chat show format that is the same from country to country. There is usually some or other smug, user-friendly couple fronting the show, lying about how we may smooth away the wrinkles, according to the gospel of some grossly overpaid beauty guru to the stars. But then, moving on to the next topic and with an anguished expression, no doubt well rehearsed in front of the mirror that morning, one of the hosts states: “A recent report says that high street fashion retailers use children in the developing world to make its clothes.” A light and punchy studio debate among the show’s hosts and a ‘fashion expert’ will ensue, peppered with a certain degree of moral outrage. But only a ‘certain degree’ because hypocrisy abounds: “Stay tuned as next up you will be informed of how you too can dress like the celebs but for a fraction of the price.” The next day it’s competition time. Win vouchers to go shopping for the latest high street fashion items. “Top of the range stuff… But the prices are so cheap… Just how do they do it?” one of the hosts remarks: the very same person from the day before who fronted the ‘in-depth debate’ about how they actually manage to do it by exploiting poverty and child labour. It’s all very corny and comforting, with its sanctimonious world view of sexed up infotainment and bland titillation. It’s TV to inspire. TV to inspire the masses into apathy, fatalism and acceptance. “Next up, we have a man who swallowed a live rabbit and lived to tell the tale” is sandwiched between “How you can save on your weekly wine bill” and “Knife crime – lock ‘em up and throw away the key.” Forget about informed debate when platitudes, simple emotion and ‘common sense’ outlooks will do. You will rarely find anything radical or challenging here or elsewhere on mainstream TV because that’s not the point of it. The point of it all is to convince the public that their trivial concerns are indeed the major concerns of the day and that the major world events and imperialist wars can be trivialised or justified with a few ridiculous clichés about saving oppressed woman in Afghanistan or killing for peace in Africa. From Fox to CNN, the BBC and beyond, this mind altering portrayal of the world is devoured as avidly as the health-altering, chemically-laden TV dinner that accompanies it. How about a can of pesticide-ridden, cancer inducing cola to finish it off? Feel the spray. It’s all so refreshingly toxic. No need for Agent Orange here. So many people are already swallowing the poison via their plates or TV. If that fails and the drugs no longer work, the drones are waiting overhead.

Research Out of Egypt Finds Similar Results GMOs Cause Severe, Long-Term Health Damage As reported recently in Egypt Independent, similar research by Hussein Kaoud from Cairo University’s Faculty of Veterinary Hygiene also made some fascinating, though politically incorrect, discoveries about the effects of GMOs on the body. After feeding nine groups of rats varying combinations of GM soy, corn, wheat, and canola, Kaoud and his team observed that these genetic poisons clearly obstructed the normal function of the animals, affirming Pusztai’s research. “I recorded the alteration of different organs, shrinkage of kidneys, change in the liver and spleen, appearance of malignant parts in the tissues, (and) kidney failure and hemorrhages in the intestine,” said Kaoud about the effects of GMOs as observed in the test rats. “The brain functions were touched as well, and the rats’ learning and memory abilities were seriously altered.” In Kaoud’s case, his groundbreaking findings will soon be published in the respected journals Neurotoxicology and Ecotoxicology. But it remains to be seen whether or not the scientific community at large, which is heavily influenced by biotechnology interests, and the political

structures that control it will accept the results as valid, or pull a similar character assassination on Kaoud and his team as punishment for defying the status quo. What all this clearly illustrates, of course, is that modern science can hardly be considered the independent, truth-seeking, “gold standard” of interpreting and understanding reality that many people mistakenly think it is. The truth about GMOs, as uncovered by mounds of independent research, is that they are inadequately safety tested, at best, and deadly at worst. But this fact remains shrouded in deception, thanks to the corporatized, pro-GMO culture of mainstream science.

xperts say that the GM wheat currently in development by an Australian governmental research agency could, if ingested, shut down certain genes, leading to premature death or risk thereof to multiple generations. The GM wheat developed by the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) using public funds is engineered to turn off genes permanently. The organization’s intent to turn off wheat genes, however, could affect human and animal genes. “Through ingestion, these molecules can enter human beings and potentially silence our genes,” says Professor Jack Heinemann of the University of Canterbury’s Centre for Integrated Research in Biosafety. His report was published in Digital Journal.

DNA Matches in GM Wheat and Humans The wheat genes intended to be silenced are known as SEI, the sequence of which are classified by CSIRO. What experts know about SEI is that parts of it match the human GBE gene sequence. GBE dictates glycogen storage, without which the liver scars and causes death in children. Adults with malfunctioning GBE genes can experience cognitive impairment, pyramidal quadriplegia, peripheral neuropathy, and neurogenic bladder. “The findings are absolutely assured,” insists Heinemann. “There is no doubt that these matches exist.”

Survives Digestion, Cooking, Generations Moreover, Heinemann describes the double stranded RNA (dsRNAs) present in GM wheat as “remarkably stable in the environment.” It is able to withstand digestion (even after cooking) and thereafter circulates through the body, where it amplifies into more and different dsRNAs and “alters gene expression in the animal.” These altered genes are passed to later generations, assuming the consumer doesn’t die of cancer or liver damage before procreating – seen in the recent GMO french study.

Dangers Well-Known by Agribusiness No doubt, agribusiness will swoop to CSIRO’s rescue and claim that Heinemann’s findings are irrelevant. Monsanto, however, uses this same tactic in its genetically modified plants. The plants are engineered to produce dsRNA that survives digestion in the insect, shuts down genes, stunts growth, and kills it. This may be welcome news for some, given one biotech scientist’s email not only acknowledging the risks of disease and reproductive difficulties inherent in GMO consumption but also praising it as a ‘remedy’ for global over-population. Researchers at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) have proposed a new model that shifts how we think about mindfulness. Rather than describing mindfulness as a single dimension of cognition, the researchers demonstrate that mindfulness actually involves a broad framework of complex mechanisms in the brain. In essence, they have laid out the science behind mindfulness. This new model of mindfulness is published in the October 25, 2012 issue of Frontiers in Human Neuroscience. The model was recently presented to His Holiness The Dalai Lama in a private meeting, entitled “Mind and Life XXIV: Latest Findings in Contemplative Neuroscience.”

The researchers identified several cognitive functions that are active in the brain during mindfulness practice. These cognitive functions help a person develop self-awareness, selfregulation, and self-transcendence (S-ART) which make up the transformative framework for the mindfulness process. The S-ART framework explains the underlying neurobiological mechanisms by which mindfulness can facilitate selfawareness; reduce biases and negative thoughts; enhance the ability to regulate one’s behavior; and increase positive, prosocial relationships with oneself and others-all-in-all creating a sustainable healthy mind. In other words, these processes begin with an intention and motivation to want to attain mindfulness, followed by an

Once these are set, a person can begin taming him or herself to be less emotionally reactive and to recover faster from upsetting emotions. “Through continued practice, the person can develop a psychological distance from any negative thoughts and can inhibit natural impulses that constantly fuel bad habits,” said David Vago, PhD, BWH Functional Neuroimaging Laboratory, Department of Psychiatry, and lead study author. Vago also states that continued practice can also increase empathy and eliminate our attachments to things we like and aversions to things we don’t like. “The result of practice is a new You with a new multidimensional skill set for reducing biases in one’s internal and external experience and sustaining a healthy mind,” said Vago. The S-ART framework and neurobiological model proposed by the researchers differs from current popular descriptions of mindfulness as a way of paying attention, in the present moment, non-judgmentally. With the help of functional MRI, Vago and his team are currently testing the model in humans. he air was electric and there was a foul buzzing in my head. The last thing I remember about being upright was that my feet decided that they wanted to follow their own separate paths at which point the voice in my head uttered. “Oh my God!” Blackness comes, the world spins beneath my feet and next thing my bones are bouncing off the dusty gravel, and with a loud ‘huff’, the air is blown from my lungs. Blackness everywhere and an overwhelming silence but for the whooshing of blood through my head. Then comes an irritating, chirpy voice – not the sort of voice you want to hear in a time of bodily crises. “You’re OK – just stay calm. The electromagnetic field from my ship just happened to spike your central nervous system creating what you humans would call a seizure. Really, really sorry about that!” Is this for real? Am I actually still alive? I try to move but my limbs appear to be disconnected from my motor centre. “Hell I’m paralysed!” “Nope, just stunned. Just relax and normal service will be resumed in err…a few minutes.” “Very pleased to hear it! So what the hell is going on? I’m out for a walk in the park and suddenly I feel that I have been hit over the head with a baseball bat!” “Yep, just the field from my ship and as I said, you’ll get over it.” I am starting to feel sensations cutting in, pain in my left wrist, the texture of moist sand and gravel on my bare arms and legs, and what feels like gritty sand in my mouth and nose. But wait, camouflaged against the grass, six inches from my

Thankfully I didn’t kill you because that would be really bad karma.” Now I’m beginning to think my brain is as bruised as my body. “You’re hallucinating you idiot!” I try to get up, but my mind still isn’t connected to my body. “Just a few more minutes and you’ll be on your way!” Oh God, its lips…err mouth parts, are moving and those tear shaped eyes are looking straight at me…almost looks like a miniature ‘grey’. “I’m no grey! Don’t insult my intelligence!” Oh God he can read my mind! “Sorry, this is all very new to me and I’m having a really hard time believing what I’m seeing.” “That’s somewhat surprising, as I was under the impression that humans lost their abilities to discern fact from fiction a long time ago and believe pretty well all that they see or hear!” “What or who the hell are you anyway?” “Let’s keep it simple and just call me ‘John’ and imagine I’m from a distant star system where evolution has taken a somewhat dif-

But that’s the nature of the duality of consciousness, the Yin and the Yang as you call it, the light and the dark, good and evil. Actually it’s what makes us grow, it keeps us on our toes and makes life an adventure! It doesn’t matter whether or not you believe that evil entities exist and try to manipulate this dimension; suffice to say that humans are in the driving seat and they always can say no to evil.” “So I guess you think we are screwing it up, causing all this global warming and pollution?” “Look, you can warm the planet to a small degree with carbon dioxide but on a cosmic scale it’s like pissing into the solar wind. You have no idea what Sun is capable of, Sun has been around billions of years and you have been watching Sun for an insignificantly irrelevant 60 of them – so you really don’t know anything.” “What do you actually mean by Sun?” “You just haven’t grasped it have you? Breaking Free From Ego Continued from page 2

physical world, and has no better idea of how to succeed at the business of living than does the newly incarnated self. The two must find a way to work together. Now in this corporate structure of self, the egos job is much the same as the mail room delivery boy in a real corporation. (Think Tim Robbins in “The Hudsucker Proxy”) On a regular daily basis the ego delivers to the CEO (us) not just random information from the physical world, but also information & communications from those around us. Our job is to place this information in proper context, then to give it form, or if you like, to decide what the content means, and what to do about it. Then we give it back to the ego, to create that form in the physical world. The ego self then puts that form into action, (the male energy of doing) and being (the feminine energy of being.) That’s the ego’s job. Many have discovered that this efficient and well designed system doesn’t always work as planned, it breaks down over time. How does this happen? One might say it happens due to free will. All too often we as the CEO of our corporate self, are not in our office taking care of business when the ego arrives with fresh dispatches for us to deal with; we are off doing something more fun, leaving things to run on “auto pilot” in our absence. Now this is all well and good providing it does not become the norm. If the boss is out of the office more than in when the ego delivers the daily dispatches, things begin to happen. It begins harmlessly enough at first. Finding itself alone in the boss’ office yet again, the ego lingers, looks around a bit, and maybe even sits in the boss’ chair with its feet up on the desk, perhaps fantasizing. In time this becomes a little unofficial break in the work day, a time when the ego is in the big chair. One day the ego self notices there’s a lot of work piled up that the boss hasn’t processed, and people demanding answers to their questions etc. So, the ego decides to help out by doing the boss’s job. The problem is that the ego is not designed or qualified to create context from content, or to properly respond by giving it form. The problem becomes serious when the CEO finally realizes what is going on, but chooses to do nothing for the moment. Being that the ego is keyed to survival, sooner or later the negative side emerges if permitted to remain in control. The ego doesn’t necessarily know it’s not qualified to do the boss’ job, so it opens the mail, answers the phone and agrees to things it doesn’t understand. The ego invariably makes mistakes and screws up because it makes up meanings it can understand; it responds improperly and gets into trouble, getting us into trouble.

Thinking it’s doing right, the ego defends its position if attacked, having heard that offense is the best defense, the negative ego is born and it begins covering for itself regardless of what that may do to us and our lives. When the CEO (us) finally decides to re-take the seat of authority, the ego panics, and fights back, and remember, it knows everything about you. Suddenly everything becomes about the ego protecting itself rather than doing the job the right way. Before long we become the enemy and the negative ego comes to despise us, for various reasons. The more we fight it for control, the more we are seen as a threat, because at the heart of things the ego is all about survival. This battle with the negative ego can begin in adolescence and rage on for years; perhaps accounting for the self destructive tendencies exhibited in so many. Indeed it may be this very fundamental conflict within self that has led so many to seek life on a spiritual path…as a way to finally end this conflict. As stated previously the ego is not a function of our spiritual nature, it does not arrive with us, nor will it leave with us when we die. The physical world is the whole universe to the negative ego, and since it cannot accompany us on our return to source, it fears that as it does death itself; and will resist any and all spiritual progress, until it is unseated from power and re-programmed. The negative ego is secretive, untrustworthy and deceptive in the extreme and soon becomes adept at telling us what we want to hear. It is critical to remember here that although the negative ego knows everything about us, all we know of it, is what it allows us to see. It is at this point when some are tempted to try something they read in a book or saw in a seminar…they become convinced they must kill the ego to be free of it. The moment we decide to try to kill the ego, oh boy, the war is on, big time; and the negative ego now has its worst fears confirmed, we are the enemy and must be destroyed. Depending on various factors the negative ego will either commit to an all out war with the self, or it may ‘retreat’ out of sight to wage a long drawn out guerrilla war on the self; sabotaging it at every opportunity, but it never relinquishes power for that is seen as defeat & death. So, now there is an unqualified power hungry aspect of self in control that is determined to survive even if it means destroying the ‘host.’ If left unchecked it threatens to bring chaos to our life and relationships, one disaster at a time. Anyone who challenges the negative ego becomes the enemy and must be marginalized. The negative ego becomes something of a chameleon in its mastery of deceit. It hides in the forest of emotions, learning how to mimic each one. It will tell you you’re wrong when you’re right, tells you you’ve done badly when the reverse is true, and in time it even gets good enough to convince you that you long ago defeated your negative ego. How then do we deal with an out of control negative ego? The obvious answer is with honesty and love; never intimidation or force, which by the way almost never works. Neither will traditional forms of psychotherapy be very helpful, that’s a game the ego likes, and excels at by the time you realize you need help. I have heard that some have had good results using such modalities as Primal Scream Therapy, or Reality Therapy, to confront and manage the negative ego aspect. The problem is that you’re trying to fix something within by going outside, to the illusion of physical reality, which is at best a temporary band-aid for a permanent internal issue. One of the reasons the negative ego becomes hostile is because it really isn’t happy having to do all this…it isn’t what the ego wanted, and to break free of its control the first step is understanding that. The next step is of course to determine what it is the ego does want; what it was seeking all along, and of course that is esteem. It wants to be important because of the desire naturally within all of us, it’s hardwired for that you could say. The third step in breaking free of ego is remembering that getting your way with the ego is not at all

dissimilar to dealing with a very small child; it really helps to remember this. Next comes the hard part, for you must go within and confront the negative ego on its own home ground. Go within and call the ego forth with love & harmony as your intent. It may not respond the first or second time, or even the third time you beckon it; but if you are persistent, the ego will sit with you, and listen if your heart shows love and forgiveness. You can forget about the damage already done up to this point. Chances are you will just have to find a way to deal with what may be impossible to repair. This meeting is about ending the conflict and getting on with life with a harmonious corporate self, so forgiveness should be first. Next you take responsibility for your part in everything, after all if you had been on the ball in the first place none of this would probably have happened, right? By now you have the ego’s full attention. Time to offer it a truce, and a promotion. By this point you will not have to prove to the ego that it isn’t qualified for your job, it’s painfully aware. What you do have to prove is your recognition of its ability, plain and simple. Working with the negative ego is very challenging and time consuming and at first nothing will come easy. In life it often takes great effort to rebuild trust where it has been broken, but that, as they say, is the name of the tune. As you slowly gain that trust remind the ego that you both began life together, and need to work together for either to be happy and fulfilled. You establish a mutual peace agreement. Finally, to reclaim your power and responsibilities from the ego, to reclaim the CEO office you must promote the ego from mail room delivery boy to Director of Communications, and reprogram it to maximize the potential it was designed for. As an example, the egos prime directive is to collect data from the physical world and deliver that to you. Tell it that as Director of Communications its new job is to now scan for all the data picked up from all of our senses…everything, and deliver same to CEO without acting on any of it. Soon the ego will be delivering torrents of raw data to the CEO’s office for processing and response, just the way it’s supposed to be. This can be overwhelming at first, like a mild case of sensory overload which quickly enough becomes the new norm, as you find your awareness expanding across the board, and perhaps even across the universe. I find it interesting that the out of control negative ego so closely mimics the tactics and behavior of our so called political parties in this country. In both cases power is wrongly seized by unqualified entities that make a holy mess of everything and have no regard whatsoever for the host. Sound familiar? If indeed America’s negative ego (Canada’s Too) has been wrecking things for fun and profit, I wonder how much more we can take, before we seek a way to stop it once and for all and restore the balance. Just as we each must confront our negative ego (each in their own way) to restore balance to our lives; we must also confront the ego’s real life counterparts currently destroying this country. Think of civilisation as a slow linear progression modulated by a more rapid cyclical pattern. n these busy times, many of us rely on our fingers to do much of the walking and the talking. We have let fast and easy lead the way. What have we sacrificed along the way? Do many of us remember the days of the friendly general store and all that it stood for? The warm familiarity, the little bit of everything, the community connection.... There is a growing movement arising to resurrect this local focus, to give the consumer a chance to support local food production and cultivate a personal relationship with their neighbourhood community. As big box stores push out independent businesses and industrial food production dominates, neighbourhood businesses increase economic benefits through employment creation and support for local food production while positively impacting our ever more concerning energy footprint. I spoke to Julie Norton of the recently opened Norton Commons. She is certainly a passionate and active leader in community concept retailing. Julie, trained in the field of community

In the dairy category she purchases cheeses from award winning ‘The Farm House Natural Cheeses’ in Agassiz. Some of these cheeses are featured on the menu in the White House in Washington. Fraser Valley farmers provide the raw material for

these delicious cheeses. Another Fraser Valley company, Birchwood Dairy, provides the milk and milk products for the Norton Commons shelves. U.N. to Impose International Treaties On States Legalizing Marijuana by Kurt Nimmo InfoWars.com

he United Nations has declared Colorado and Washington in violation of international treaties following ballot initiatives that have legalized the recreational use of marijuana.

The President of the International Narcotics Control Board (INCB), Raymond Yans, has voiced “grave concern about the outcome of recent referenda in the United States of America that would allow the non-medical use of cannabis by adults in the states of Colorado and Washington, and in some cities in the states of Michigan and Vermont,” according to an INCB press release. The INCB is a quasi-judicial “control organ” for the implementation of the United Nations drug conventions. Mr. Yans said the referenda in Colorado and Washington state “are in violation of the international drug control treaties, and pose a great threat to public health and the well-being of society far beyond those states.” Yans cited the standard nannystate reasons for dictating what consenting adult Americans put in their bodies, including mental disorders, and cited the welfare of children as a primary concern of the internationalist organization. “Legalization of cannabis within these states would send wrong and confusing signals to youth and society in general, giving the false impression that drug abuse might be considered normal and even, most disturbingly, safe. Such a development could result in the expansion of drug abuse, especially among young people, and we must remember that all young people have a right to be protected from drug abuse and drug dependency,” the globalist bureaucrat said. Yans called for the U.S. federal government to “resolve the contradiction between the federal and state levels in the implementation of that country’s obligations under the drug control conventions” and demanded it “take the necessary measures to ensure full compliance with the international drug control treaties within the entire territory of the United States, in order to protect the health and well-being of its citizens.”

In other words, the United Nations insists the federal government perpetuate the destructive and expensive War on Drugs that has fostered a massive prison-industrial complex and ruined countless lives over the last few decades. As a consequence of the War on Drugs, the prison population in the United States has quadrupled since 1980, primarily as a direct result of mandatory sentencing for drug crimes. Around half of all inmates in federal prisons are there for drug offenses and more than 45 percent of all drug possession arrests in the U.S. last year were for marijuana, according to the FBI’s annual crime report. The United Nations supports this insanity with its call for the United States to obey international drug treaties. Marijuana legalization is a classic states’ rights and federalist issue. “States should be allowed to make a lot of these decisions,” Rand Paul said earlier this week when asked about marijuana legalization. “I want things to be decided more at a local basis, with more compassion. I think it would make us as Republicans different.” “I think, for example, we should tell young people, ‘I’m not in favor of you smoking pot, but if you get caught smoking pot, I don’t want to put you in jail for 20 years,’” Paul said. Fortunately, the tide is slowly turning and many states are finally realizing the War on Drugs is not only grossly unfair, but an immense waste of law enforcement resources and tax payer money. The United Nations is attempting to insert itself in decisions made by the states and by doing so is acting to perpetuate the War on Drugs. Americans should not only ignore the United Nations and the INCB Secretariat, but the federal government as well when it comes to decisions made by citizens on the local level.

He did not greet it with a smile, he had to recover from it, his own awakening! The truth is so massive, so crushing, no one can endure its weight. The Truth literally crushes you to death, and that is why Awakening is about It, not “me”. Your identity as a separate entity will not survive the journey to enlightenment. The Truth hurts, but it’s still the Truth, still Life Giving. There is no need for beliefs when you have the Truth, or rather, when It has you. In our world, it’s not only the tyrants who lie their asses off, it’s the priests and doctors too, unwitting administrators of torture and falsehood. They promote lies they sincerely believe. But does the truth care about my beliefs about it? No. Do my ideas affect the truth? No.

Here is one more, the most basic lie of all, the one that most enables our domination by the Matrix. Ego. The so-called ego is born from an assumption. It is not an entity, but a belief in one, a belief in a separate self, one that is marooned on an island of flesh. Belief in the ego is the result of a confusion about uniqueness, where individuation becomes the equivalent of separation. The ego is a belief, a primitive superstition, a cult of one, an emotional recoil dramatized as abandonment and betrayal. Every ego is a fundamentalist, a fascist, and a tyrant in a drama of perpetrator/victim. I call it the Poor me/ Fuck you syndrome. The truth is, I don’t have an ego and neither do you! We have a belief in ego, an assumption about our state that has no basis in Reality itself. A belief in something doesn’t make it true,

The One Who Did the Unpacking, That’s Who I Am. You Too

I thought I would be adorned in shining robes and bathed in light when I became enlightened, but I am being crucified on this cross of light and dark. Still, I do not suffer, even though Awakening really hurts. How can this be? Pain without suffering? What? Yes. How can this be? I do not know. All I know is that I trust the excruciating Pain. Do you? Or do you turn it into blame and self pity? Now, as a result of recovering from your illusions about yourself, your Actual Condition at Infinity becomes painfully clear. You start to become animated, humorous, and irreverent. You poke fun at very serious issues and you crack jokes about really painful subjects. People can’t understand you, what the fuck is wrong with you? You woke up, that’s what. Now, you have to deal with it. So do they. Their job will be much easier than yours though, because they can just ignore you or write you off as a nutcase. They would be exactly correct. According to the rules of this world, you are a nutcase, thank heaven. Your true, actual, always already existing identity, is not a separate self, but the very One Who Is Alive As All Things. You are That, me too. The ego idea is a preposterous and ridiculous lie, an assumption, not an “entity” that needs to be overcome. No such entity exists, never has, never could, it’s impossible. Stop making the presumption of egoity, and your life will get better, stronger, more fundamentally true and alive. This is not a prescription for a real disease, only for an imaginary one, but one with real and deadly consequences. Overcome your belief in a separate self, then, What is already true, What has always been the Case, will become perfectly Obvious. The Truth is the Truth, now. Also, our Singularity as a species has always existed, it’s just that it has been overtaken by ego insane ideas, just like our personal identities. Our job is to restore our sanity, our personal and common humanity, by recognizing what is absolutely, fundamentally true: one, singular Consciousness is the nature of Reality. There is no inherent problem with Existence, no dilemma, no threat. All things, all worlds and universes are absolutely coherent and perfectly coincide with the Eternal Radiant Transcendental Being of Existence Itself, the Person of Love. Creating problems where none exist is the ego hell of ordinary life. It is arbitrary and unnecessary. Ego belief is easily transformed when the nature of Reality becomes apparent. Whirlpools don’t exist without a River. The bodymindself is a whirlpool that becomes an ego when it can’t Find the River. This is the same message as the Original Gospel of Jesus: prior, already existing unity with the Divine Reality, and is the very message that got him killed. The world is based on the ego lie of separation which necessitates salvation schemes and atonement rituals which Jesus routinely condemned in public. They strung him up as quickly as possible and crucified him as a dangerous heretic. Later, he became the poster boy for blood sacrifice. This is an example of how the Truth is weaponized. Jesus had great credibility among the people, he was intensely loved, he was the greatest mouthpiece the Pharisees and Rome could ever hope for, so he became the “Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world”. In this way, the ego lie was kept in place and Jesus was used like a nail in that coffin. The ego lie is the most fundamental premise of the world, which is why we have scientific materialism, the idea that consciousness comes from the brain, and religious superstition which imagines parental deities who must be placated and obeyed, a clearly childish context. An adult context would be heart felt love communion with That, not mommy-daddy appeasement rituals. Humanity is like a child who has been severely used and abused. Our task is to recover from the lies we believed and the abuse we both endured and participated in and enabled. We must mature in this way on both a personal and a planetary level. We can do it and we must.

There is only one Reality, not two. The One became the “two”. Still, no “objects” actually exist, only Consciousness Exists. You are That, showing up like a Fish in the Ocean. You are the Ocean, the Fish, and the Observer, all at once. How can this be? No one knows. It just is. You showed up out of nowhere because two people you didn’t even know had sex, now you’re an expert on everything because of all the great things you believe in. The problem is, you don’t know jack shit and not only that, you don’t know that you don’t know jack shit, a very dangerous situation. It’s important to know when you are confused. Well, I’m telling you. You’re confused, you don’t know jack shit and neither do I. That’s our situation. All we know is what we think we know. Reality Itself is unknowable, because finite minds, local space/ time perspectives on the Whole just don’t cut it! How could they? This sounds like really bad news because if I can’t know It and I don’t know jack shit, how can I survive? How can I control things? This question and the answer we provide is the birth of the so-called separate self, the “ego”. The separate self is born when I imagine myself to be threatened by the awesome forces of birth and change and death. The appropriate heart response to this Infinite Current is a Gasp That Takes My Breath Away, not fear, not doubt, not withdrawal. That’s right. Who am I to judge or criticize or condemn Life? What the Fuck do I know? Once I recognize my profound ignorance in the face of Infinite Life, I suddenly, unexpectedly, become identified with It, bonded to It, not separate from It. My knowledge about It ceases to be an obstruction to its Fierce Power and I see that It is not an “Object”, not “other”, and that I am not only inherently intimate with It, I am It, It is “me”. It’s a profound, mysterious and terribly passionate Love Affair, in which I am happy to Drown. It is my true identity, not “me”. The “me” suddenly becomes weightless, transparent, and extremely sensitive to literally everything. Enlightenment is perfect non- obstruction to the White Hot Core of the Living Current and results in a deeply felt emotional sensitivity to literally everything, a vulnerability to and passion for Whatever the Fuck It Is. I don’t know What It is, all I know is that I love It, I am in Awe of it, I trust It, I align myself with It, beyond and before the mind and its ideas. I am prior to the mind, a realization which makes the mind useful, otherwise, it’s a real bitch, as you know, your mind and everyone else’s. This is what Jean-Paul Sartre meant when he said “Hell is other people”, the basis of his play, Nausea. Hell is “me” and “you” grotesque and monstrous impersonations of our Real Condition, a Frankenstein run amuck in the Kingdom of the Real, the Infinite Heart of Love. But, instead of mystical euphorias and other caricatures of enlightenment, you get complicated and painful ordeals of the heart. ow much are we waiting for the right opportunity or conditions to simply do the right thing or be the right person? Think about it. A bigger question: Does humanity allow itself to be tricked into living in a future projection where once this or that is right then we can get busy fulfilling what we’re supposed to be or do? Yes, of course it does. But how does it affect us? To the extent we’re putting off right action or conscious living for certain future conditions where we’re being where we aren’t, and not where we are. And that’s nowheresville and makes for a limp, easily manipulated society. And self.

Fight to Stop Struggling

I’m the first to admit it seems to be tough to get off our butts sometimes and do or be what’s right. It appears to be a continual struggle. We’re all human and have the same battles, trials, tests and temptations. The really ironic thing is that when we’re struggling we’re missing the point right out of the gate. When we’re struggling it’s time to get some Zen. Being fully here and now is the objective. But there’s a daily path to this realization. Obviously there’s a lot we’re not consciously aware of. While it’s good to learn more continually, it’s not what should be our main motivation. Our driving force is spiritual breath. Being as fully awake and aware as possible and experiencing the infinite cosmos to it’s deepest depth one day at a time is our enlightened life. All else will be fulfilled in its time, but nothing is important enough to postpone living consciously. What that means to each of us individually is our unique experience. Hence the challenge. Alignments, Spiritual Conditions and Missing Information There are conditions outside of ourselves that do affect us. The star and planetary alignments have profound effects, making some difficult to achieve personal changes somewhat easier at certain times. I don’t know about gearing your life according

to astrological conditions or psychic sensings, but I have been pleasantly amazed lately how much my life has increasingly followed many of these fascinating aspects as I’ve committed my self to more and more conscious action by following synchronicity. It goes both ways. Very cool. I’m very blessed to have several spiritually gifted friends I’ve had the pleasure to become close with and learn from. Their gifts in sensing and reading various aspects of the unseen have wonderfully broadened my horizons and deepened my life. I’ve always been very skeptical about opening myself up to gifted people I didn’t know, but when there’s a bond of love and truth it’s a whole different story.

Welcome–or Beware–the Accountability Factor

One of the biggest factors to me is accountability. If anyone experienced the recent David Icke event, as it is with being confronted with any real Truth, they are now put on notice. This is especially true when the Truth is made so screamingly clear with such passion and love as in the case of David Icke’s magnificent presentation. Will people really respond to the call to activate, or put it off? Once the Truth has been laid out so plainly, Universe moves in. For those who respond in greater commitment and action, there is greater power and synchronicity. For those who don’t, there will be confusion, self doubt, false justification, and spiritual impotence. This should be interesting to monitor in the wake of such a landmark/watershed event.

Cutting Ties Cannot Wait As the expression goes, “The difficult can be done immediately, the impossible takes a little longer.” This applies to moving according to consciousness. Some ties to compromising situations are pretty tough to break, but they eventually will fall away if you keep the flame alive. What you don’t want to happen is that you compromise your convictions in order to co-exist in a lower vibration. That’s the definition of the world’s claim to humanity’s enslavement. Fight that with everything in you. Activation is a vibrational experience and needs to be fed and amplified in every possible way. Hang around the right people, don’t hang around the dead heads and naysayers. Spend more time researching and getting charged up by True information and uplifting sources. Find your peeps, even if only on line as is the case with many of us. Light keeps the darkness away, and the greater the light we carry, the further we can see and less encumbered we are by they personal interactions or spiritual daily nagging downers, be affronts from darker realms that would like to hold us down. I realize many cannot fully break free just yet, but any and every way you can “loose the bands” in your daily life the more juice you’ll have for the next challenge towards greater and greater activism and effectiveness.

Come Anytime from Anywhere – Just Come The coolest thing about waking up is finding yourself standing in the now. It’s as if you’ve always been there and just didn’t know it. It doesn’t matter when you entered the “now”, you’re just there now and nothing else matters. Those who’ve been there a long “time” welcome you accordingly, we’re just there, that’s all that matters. And the need to “stimulate the plasma” all the more to activate and attract others into the Now field is all the more prevalent. It’s really that simple. The point is clear: to reflect and transpond this energetic consciousness in a loving manner to help others do the same, and so contribute to Universe discovering itself, or however you want to conceptualize it. Love is kind, generous, caring and most of all responsive to the inherent need. The completely opposite to the selfish dog eat dog get-ahead competitive meme bullshit we’ve been handed. Again, to keep us from discovering who we truly are. Therefore be aware, and go the opposite way.

Crunch Time for Enlightenment – What Are You Waiting For? I don’t mean to be confrontational here, but this is the situation. If we don’t respond to the need before us we’re done, as are those we’d love to help. It takes guts to be conscious. Nothing big really, just a conscience, but in this day and age you have to buck a lot of crap to do the right thing. They desperately need standing up to. You’re just meeting a need, as am I. Be happy, and laugh in their programmed faces! Somewhere inside is a spark that knows you’re right and inherently carries the answer to everything! It’s becoming now or never, more and more. They are not in queue, and that extra mile they have traveled is not in anyway crowded right now. They have set out, and are moving more and more rapidly towards their true potential and the catharsis of letting that manifest in a very explicit way. The Matrix should very much be afraid of that movement, and it is. That’s why it’s coming down on the heart people so hard. I have met these heart people from all corners of the world over the last month. If you are one of those I have had the honor of meeting, I have to tell you: From the streets of Cape Town to Bollywood, to the plains of Canada, the beautiful mountains of Switzerland, the Australian outback, the jungles of Brazil : You are not alone. You are loving and loved. Celestial forces surround you. You are protected. You are soon to meet your fellow peers. You are a movement that hasn’t gathered yet. And that is actually good tactics, since the Matrix can dissolve a gathering, but has no idea how to dissolve a high-frequency neural heart based network, zapping through the un-manifested realms of higher altitudes. It’s the heart driven neural network of the Heart people, generous people, people who are “givers” and not by any means “takers”. They just love way beyond new age clichés, because it is with every fiber of their being. They touched down from cosmos somewhere to fulfill what ever karma or destiny they are here to impact into the turmoil and deprivation of the ghoulish Matrix. So brave warriors of the new dawn, so fragile, so humble, and yet ever so strong. And as for those life-affirming sensations of intense bliss and contentment – the sense of ‘outrageous good-fortune’ that breaks through our lives oh too rarely, and yet when it does, whispers to us of a divine truth long-forgotten – well, once we come to the realisation that the Parasite is incapable of such life-affirming feelings, that he is in fact completely devoid of empathy and contentment, then we realise the tragedy of his existence – the sheer, hollow ringing emptiness of a man who denies the existence of the human soul, chiefly because it is absent in himself. Suddenly, upon this realisation, we begin to see the man behind the curtain. A man who best befits the old saying: ‘The small man cuts off the heads of others, in order to make himself seem taller’. Then, if we have any autonomy left at all, we refuse to stand in line for the chopping-block. Or to revert to an earlier metaphor, we refuse to continue offering our necks to the vampire. And there is a reason that myth says that a vampire has to be willingly invited into your home in order to drain your energies and feed off of your life-force: we must first acquiesce to our own

ater is an element that we are very familiar with because it is found in nearly every place on Earth and is also a part of us. According to certain researchers, our bodies and planet Earth are made of roughly 70 percent water. Even though we are very familiar with water, most of us have little clue of what water truly is. In school we are taught that water is made of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom (H2O). We are also taught that water has a very unique characteristic that allows it to transform itself into three different states of matter, which are liquid, solid and gas. These definitions of water are accurate but they are missing some very essential information about some of the most important roles of water. The True Form of Water and Its Healing Potential The true form of water is made of atomic hydrolase endoplasma (O2H2N3) which is organic living water. Toxic Waste in Drinking Water Water has great healing features, but, because of the lack of access to clean water it is becoming a health hazard. If a child ingested a whole tube of toothpaste, he should be taken right to the emergency room and he would either get his stomach pumped or get some kind of antidote.” The toxic fluoride in fluoridated toothpaste is the reason why it has this warning label, “Warnings keep out of reach of children under 6 years of age.” “If more than used for brushing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.” This is why children has been known to die from swallowing a large spoonful of fluoridated toothpaste. hat if there was a financial system that would eliminate the need for the federal government to go into debt, that would eliminate the need for the Federal Reserve, that would end the practice of fractional reserve banking and that would dethrone the big banks? Would you be in favor of such a system? A surprising new IMF research paper entitled “The Chicago Plan Revisited” by Jaromir Benes and Michael Kumhof is making waves in economic circles all over the globe. The paper suggests that the world would be much better off if we adopted a system where the banks did not create our money. So instead of a system where more money is only created when more debt is created, we would have a system of debt-free money that is created directly by national governments. There have been others that have suggested such a system before, but to have an IMF research paper actually recommend that such a system be adopted is a very big deal. At the moment, the world is experiencing the biggest debt crisis in human history, and this proposal is being described as a “radical solution” that could potentially remedy some of our largest financial problems. Unfortunately, apologists for the current system are already viciously attacking this new IMF paper, and of course the big banks would throw a major fit if such a system was ever to be seriously contemplated. That is why it is imperative that we educate people about how money really works. Our current system is in the process of collapsing and we desperately need to transition to a new one. One of the fundamental problems with our current financial system is that it is based on debt. Just take a look at the United States. The way our system works today, the vast majority of

all money is “created” either when we borrow money or the government borrows money. Therefore, the creation of more money creates more debt. Under such a system, it should not be surprising that the total amount of debt in the United States is more than 30 times larger than it was just 40 years ago. We don’t have to do things this way. There is a better alternative. National governments can directly issue debt-free currency into circulation. The following is a brief excerpt from the IMF report... “At the height of the Great Depression a number of leading U.S. economists advanced a proposal for monetary reform that became known as the Chicago Plan. It envisaged the separation of the monetary and credit functions of the banking system, by requiring 100% reserve backing for deposits. Irving Fisher (1936) claimed the following advantages for this plan: (1) Much better control of a major source of business cycle fluctuations, sudden increases and contractions of bank credit and

Our current system is designed to enrich the bankers and get everyone else into debt. And is that not exactly what has happened? Taking the creation of money away from the bankers would have some tremendous advantages. A recent article by renowned financial journalist Ambrose Evans-Pritchard described some of these benefits... “One could slash private debt by 100pc of GDP, boost growth, stabilize prices, and dethrone bankers all at the same time. It could be done cleanly and painlessly, by legislative command, far more quickly than anybody imagined. The conjuring trick is to replace our system of private bankcreated money -- roughly 97pc of the money supply -- with statecreated money. We return to the historical norm, before Charles II placed control of the money supply in private hands with the English Free Coinage Act of 1666.

If lenders are forced to put up 100pc reserve backing for deposits, they lose the exorbitant privilege of creating money out of thin air. The nation regains sovereign control over the money supply. There are no more banks runs, and fewer boom-bust credit cycles.” So why don’t we go to such a system immediately? Well, the transition to such a system would undoubtedly be a major shock to the global financial system, and most people try to avoid significant short-term pain even if there are tremendous long-term benefits. More importantly, however, is that the bankers have a tremendous amount of power in our society today, and they would move heaven and earth to keep a debt-free monetary system from ever being implemented. You see, the influence of the bankers is not just limited to the big banks. Our largest financial institutions (and the people who own them) also have large ownership stakes in the vast majority of the big Fortune 500 corporations. In essence, the big banks are at the very pinnacle of “the establishment” in the United States and in almost every other major country in the western world. And the vast majority of all political campaigns are funded by “the establishment”. It takes an enormous amount of money to win campaigns these days, and most politicians are extremely hesitant to bite the hands of those that feed them. So don’t expect any changes to happen overnight. One proposal that has actually been put forward in Congress is to cancel all of the government debt that the Federal Reserve is currently holding. Right now, the Fed is holding more than 1.6 trillion dollars of U.S. government debt. That would seem to make a lot of sense. That would immediately wipe more than 1.6 trillion dollars from the U.S. national debt without any real harm being done. But “the establishment” would be horrified if such a thing happened, so I wouldn’t anticipate it happening any time soon. Hopefully we can get the American people (along with people all over the globe) educated about these things so that we can start to get millions of people pushing for change. A debt-free monetary system is superior to a debt-based monetary system in so many ways. For example, if the U.S. government directly spent debt-free money into circulation, it could conceivably never need to borrow a single dollar ever again. If the government wanted to spend more money than it brought in, it would simply print it up and spend it. Of course the big danger with that would be inflation. That is why it would be imperative for there to be a hard cap on what the government could spend. For example, you could set the cap on spending by the federal government at 20 percent of GDP. That way we would never end up looking like the Weimar Republic. And the current federal debt could be paid down a little at a time using newly created debtfree dollars. This would have to be done slowly to keep inflation under control, but it could be done. That way we would not hand a 16 trillion dollar debt to our children and our grandchildren. We created this mess so we should clean it up. Theoretically you could also do away with the federal income tax if you wanted to. Personally, I would like to see the federal government be funded to a large degree by tariffs on foreign goods. That would also have the side benefit of bringing millions of jobs back into the United States. Our system of income tax collection is just so incredibly inefficient. It costs us mind boggling amounts of time and money. Just consider

the following stats from one of my previous articles: 1 - The U.S. tax code is now 3.8 million words long. If you took all of William Shakespeare’s works and collected them together, the entire collection would only be about 900,000 words long. 2 - According to the National Taxpayers Union, U.S. taxpayers spend more than 7.6 billion hours complying with federal tax requirements. Imagine what our society would look like if all that time was spent on more economically profitable activities. 3 - 75 years ago, the instructions for Form 1040 were two pages long. Today, they are 189 pages long. 4 - There have been 4,428 changes to the tax code over the last decade. It is incredibly costly to change tax software, tax manuals and tax instruction booklets for all of those changes. 5 - According to the National Taxpayers Union, the IRS currently has 1,999 different publications, forms, and instruction sheets that you can download from the IRS website. 6 - Our tax system has become so complicated that it is almost impossible to file your taxes correctly. For example, back in 1998 Money Magazine had 46 different tax professionals complete a tax return for a hypothetical household. All 46 of them came up with a different result. 7 - In 2009, PC World had five of the most popular tax preparation software websites prepare a tax return for a hypothetical household. All five of them came up with a different result. 8 - The IRS spends $2.45 for every $100 that it collects in taxes. For long stretches of our history the United States did not have any income tax, and during those times we thrived. It is entirely conceivable that we could return to such a system. At this point, the wealthy have become absolute masters at hiding their wealth from taxation. According to the IMF, a total of 18 trillion dollars is currently being hidden in offshore banks. What we are doing right now produces very inequitable results and it is not working. In many ways, inflation would be a much fairer “tax” than the income tax because inflation taxes each dollar equally. Nobody would be able to cheat the system. But if people really love the IRS and the federal income tax, we could keep them under a debt-free money system. I just happen to think that the IRS and the federal income tax are both really bad ideas that have never served the interests of the American people. In any event, hopefully you can see that there is a much broader range of solutions to our problems than the two major political parties have been presenting to us. We do not have to allow the banks to create our money. The federal government does not have to go into more debt. We don’t actually need the Federal Reserve. There are alternatives to the federal income tax and the IRS. Yes, it is very true that no system would be perfect. But clearly the path that we are on is only going to lead to disaster. U.S. government finances are a complete and total nightmare, and this mountain of debt that we have accumulated is going to absolutely destroy us if we allow it to. So somebody out there should be proposing a fundamental change in direction for our financial system. Unfortunately, our politicians are just proposing more of the same, and we all know where that is going to lead.

1) Dietary supplements and vitamins (“natural health products”) are safe. In the entire 50+ history of the health food industry in Canada, these innocuous products have caused zero fatalities. 2) Consumers are sufficiently protected from possible harm and fraud with respect to these products by the Food and Drugs Act, the Competition Act, Canadian Advertising Standards, and the Criminal Code. The Natural Health Product Regulations are unnecessary in that they do not provide any additional protection to consumers. 3) The Natural Health Product Regulations and the NPN Licensing Scheme are ultra vires (unlawful) in that they contravene the Constitution Act, 1867. Health Canada does NOT have any legal authority to regulate health products, as such. 4) Health Canada has the right to restrict only those products that have been proven to have caused death or serious injury. In the absence of proven harm, dietary supplements and vitamins must be presumed to be safe (i.e., innocent until proven guilty).
