Saving and Enhancing Lives: A COLLABORATIVE APPROACH ABOUT THE CONFERENCE This conference will highlight the potential for donation and transplantation. Learn how your hospital can help to save and enhance lives through a collaborative approach to organ and tissue donation. This year’s program will address: • How your hospital participates in the larger donation community • Advancements in organ donation and transplantation • Advancements in tissue donation and transplantation • What works in your hospital to move donation forward • Alternative practices to improve donation outcomes
WHO SHOULD ATTEND This conference is designed for hospital teams of professionals who influence donation practices at their organizations. They include senior leaders, critical care clinicians, nurse administrators, house supervisors (or staff), emergency care staff, quality managers, respiratory therapists, risk management personnel, pastoral care staff, palliative care staff, physicians, resident physicians and social workers.
WHY ATTEND THE CONFERENCE? To learn what you can do to celebrate and expand current successes, continue to accelerate learning and become more accountable for creating a hopeful future for organ, tissue and cornea donation and transplantation.

All registration will be done online. Sign-in and continental breakfast begin at 7 a.m. The program begins at 8 a.m. • Space is limited. • Continental breakfast will be available. LOCATION/PARKING The seminar will be held in the Business and Community Education Center of Prairie State College, 202 South Halsted Street, Chicago Heights, Ill. Prairie State College is less than 30 miles from downtown Chicago and is accessible by interstate highways and major roads. Free parking is located in Lot D on the college campus.
DIRECTIONS From the north: Drive south on I-94 to I-80 west exit. Follow I-80 west about two miles to Halsted Street south exit (Route 1). Take Halsted Street south about three miles to the campus. From the north/west: Take the Tri-State Tollway (294) south to I-80/94 east. Follow I-80/94 east about one mile to Halsted Street south exit (Route 1). Take Halsted Street south about three miles to the campus. From the south: Drive north on I-57 to the Vollmer Road exit. Follow Vollmer Road east about five miles to the campus on your right. From the east: Follow I-80 west to Halsted Street south exit (Route 1). Take Halsted Street south about three miles to the campus.
