DANOBAT is a brand identified with multi-tech solutions for sawing and drilling, turning, grinding, punching, bending, laser cutting, automated production systems for composite structural components and turnkey solutions for the railway industry.

LARGE COMPONENT MACHINING
Head manufacturing
Dedicated to machining the group’s large-sized key components, the workshop has state-of-the-art machining facilities and it guarantees high precision supply of assembly components to the different companies of DANOBATGROUP.
Design and production of milling-boring heads are fully integrated at the advanced head manufacturing center. From the design to the final product, the head center conducts the manufacturing, assembly, verification and running-in processes of the milling-boring heads.
SUB ASSEMBLIES AND SPINDLES
TOOLING
Measurement and deep control of the components, assembly according to protocols and development of verifications and quality controls are carried out at the humidity and temperature controlled “clean room”.
Latest Technologies on design, manufacturing and control of HSS and hard metal cutting tools. Special drills, center drills, step drills, reamers, mills and countersinks.
