Since being established in 1976 we have provided services to Shipowners, Shipyards, Offshore and Cable Contractors, Oil Companies, Utility Companies, Subsea Mining Companies, Banks and other Financial Institutions. In August 2014 the company was purchased by the Pareto group, a leading independent operator in the market for financial services with headquarters in Oslo, employing in excess of 600 people in offices worldwide. As a result of this takeover the company has merged with Pareto JGO Shipbrokers AS to create the largest ship broking operation within the global offshore industry.
