LETTER FROM JUJU

Perhaps my favorite thing about our company is our penchant for the positively adorable. Whether it’s the new “awwww” inducing birthday milestone card series for ages 1-10 (no but seriously, try NOT to cry when perusing through), the hilarious “can-canning” swamp frogs of our Moulin Vert puzzle, or the perfectly quaint population of skiing snowmen on the Snowy Hillside Village gift wrap—this season of fresh Good Juju Ink designs will have you swooning. We pride ourselves on the incomparable whimsy and imagination that we pour into each and every one of our products. In a world that currently feels desperately over indexed in mass, impersonal junk, how special that our tiny but mighty team of artists continues to illuminate the bounty of beauty and bold creativity that is completely unique to the human experience. HOW TO ORDER

` PAYMENT

After you submit an order, we will send an invoice via email, which can be paid by check, credit card, or PayPal. New retailers are required to pay before shipment. Net 30 terms are offered to established customers. Late payments incur a late fee of 10% per month. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling costs.

PACKAGING

All products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up.

SHIPPING

Please allow 1 week for your order to ship. Most orders ship via USPS or UPS unless other service is requested. If an order is needed by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to make it happen. All orders ship from our warehouse in Rancho Cordova, CA.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

All sales are final and cannot be exchanged once products have shipped, although we do accept returns for damaged products. Claims must be made within 10 business days of receipt of products.
