Inspired by Italy’s rich culinary heritage and the people who honor it, we have carefully curated a collection of exceptional products that celebrate tradition, craftsmanship, and flavor. From the hills of Liguria to the tomato fields and ancient olive groves of Puglia, these products will bring extraordinary Italian quality to your table, every day. 4
PASTA
Crafted in Liguria, our certified organic, artisanal pasta combines Tuscan wheat with pure mountain spring water. Each shape is bronze-drawn for a superior, porous texture that holds sauces beautifully. The result is an authentic Italian pasta with a perfect al dente bite.
SAUCES
Our small-batch sauces are made with 100% Italian tomatoes and fresh, simple ingredients, encapsulating the bright flavors of Salento in Puglia. Free from preservatives, colorings, or added sugars, these sauces deliver pure, clean flavor—just as nature (and nonna) intended.
PESTO
Our Basil Pesto celebrates Liguria’s most treasured ingredients, combining hand-selected Genovese PDO basil with olive oil, pine nuts, and sea salt for an unmistakably vibrant flavor—naturally vegan and gluten-free. The other spreads share this commitment to purity, each made with carefully sourced ingredients that reflect the simplicity and excellence of Italian cuisine.
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Harvested from native Ogliarola and Coratina olives grown in the ancient groves of Northern Puglia, our extra virgin olive oil is cold-extracted to best preserve its delicate flavors. The olives are hand-picked while still green and milled within two hours of harvesting, resulting in an elegant oil with notes of freshly cut grass, green apple, and almond.
