Bioswale Wetland in Art School The Bioswale wetland will continue from the park to the courtyard of the art school, which can create the good connection language between the park area and the wildlife habitat bioswale (bird tower and insect hotel).

Pedestrian

Plant Island

The Pedestrian is 45 feet wide and planted by the date palm, which is a very high and remarkable tree to identify the street. Jacaranda are planted along the edges of the two sides, which create the overhead plane and the tree canopy provide some shade for people, the blue flowers are quite attractive and also add some beauty to the pedestrian.

Transportation Plants Island Transportation

The Plant Island located in the middle of widest part of the Grand Street, which can provide some green feature of the road and better separate the two automobile lanes.

Bioswale Wetland

The Bioswale Wetland Collect the storm water from the surrounding buildings and create a small micro climate and wild life habitat zone for the riparian plants and some aquatic animals. Plants including Cattail, Willows, Western Sycamore, Western Cottonwood and Bulrush etc.
