8 Indicative new layout of festival marquees.

The new layout of the square allows the existing marquees to be retained whilst still providing good access facilities. There is also less obstruction within the Town Hall car park due to the new access through the wall.

The lower plaza is kept clear.

South facing border/ Hedging Clipped Elaeagnus ebbingei planted at 1m intervals requiring approximately 130 plants in 7ltr pots 13 specimen trees displaced by extension of upper terrace will be relocated within this border between hedging plants.
