vs DIANE L. PAULL Defendant ______________________/ PLAINTIFF'S RESPONSE TO NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISMISSAL Plaintiff Daniel F. Walsh is responding to this court in reference to the "notice in dismissing his lawsuit" involving plaintiff Daniel F. Walsh v defendant Diane L. Paull. The plaintiff's late response to the proposed dismissal and inactivity is due to the plaintiff not residing at the address listed on the courts dismissal notice and hasn't been for several years. The defendant Diane L. Paull is well aware of this. Also, because of the defendant Diane L. Paull and her intentional infliction of physical, psychological, and financial atrocities, the plaintiff is now totally blind in the left eye and is dealing with many other debilitating health issues which has prevented the plaintiff from moving forward with this case. If it were not for some loyal associates residing in Duval County the plaintiff would not have known that such action was even taking place. But then again such cunning behavior does not surprise the plaintiff, nor does it surprise those of us confronting tenaciously the corruption within the Family Law Section of Florida.

Also, let it be known the reason for filing this lawsuit in the first place was due to several conversations plaintiff had with the late great Florida Attorney Lacy Mahon. Mr. Mahon is the father of Chief Judge of the Fourth Judicial Circuit, Mark Mahon, whom plaintiff also talked to when he was a practicing lawyer. Mr. Lacy Mahon warned plaintiff of the defendant Diane L. Paull and the unethical tactics she uses as a family law lawyer. In fact Mr. Mahon stated to plaintiff that Diane Paull is a "pain in the ass" and "she gets away with murder". The plaintiff took these comments very serious especially the latter and prepared accordingly during plaintiff's divorce proceedings. The advice Mr. Mahon gave plaintiff was more than just legal, it was a shield of protecting ones vulnerability from a person who is not only unethical but has demonstrated such behavior as terrorism. Plaintiff is forever grateful that the

late Mr. Mahon allowed plaintiff to call his home residence for free advice during plaintiff's divorce proceedings and Mr. Mahon was always a true gentleman. Plaintiff firmly believes Mr. Mahon knew Ms Paull was not only dirty, but she should be barred from ever practicing law. It is lawyers like Ms Paull that are desecrating the entire legal community, particularly within Family Law and if Mark is half the man his father was he would rid the "bad actors" conducting business within his organization.

As for the dismissal hearing on September 8, 2017 the court will do whatever it pleases and it doesn't matter what the plaintiff does or say for the " bad actors" have already been chosen. We also know that rules and procedures no longer apply to those who are privileged, nor do they apply to the people doing business behind closed doors such as Ms Paull. As a former entrepreneur who was instrumental in turning Jacksonville Beach from blighted to what it is today and plaintiff's past involvement in reforming Jacksonville Beach politics, it amazes plaintiff how a petty racketeer like the defendant can use and abuse the system to ones advantage and is able to prosper from it. Perhaps it's Ms Paull's dirty little secret involving other Judges? What we do know for sure is that Ms Paull participates in a "Family Court System" that no longer abides by the law of the land. Simply put, this is about profit over people in "Family Court" and this profit is accomplished by any means including but not limited to shattering families. There is plenty of evidence in this docket, in plaintiff's bogus injunction docket, and in plaintiff's divorce docket in St. Johns County showing that Ms Paull committed fraud, bankruptcy fraud, perjury as a lawyer and as pro se in (3) separate cases. Incidentally, if you would like a copy of the recording of the only time plaintiff ever communicated with Ms Paull in which she stated in all (3) cases that "plaintiff called her office and threatened her" plaintiff would be more than happy to furnish a copy of the defendants perjury. The cost of the CD is in line with what the court charges the public for a digital CD.
