vs DIANE L. PAULL Defendant ______________________/ PLAINTIFF'S RESPONSE TO NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISMISSAL Plaintiff Daniel F. Walsh is responding to this court in reference to the "notice in dismissing his lawsuit" involving plaintiff Daniel F. Walsh v defendant Diane L. Paull. The plaintiff's late response to the proposed dismissal and inactivity is due to the plaintiff not residing at the address listed on the courts dismissal notice and hasn't been for several years. The defendant Diane L. Paull is well aware of this. Also, because of the defendant Diane L. Paull and her intentional infliction of physical, psychological, and financial atrocities, the plaintiff is now totally blind in the left eye and is dealing with many other debilitating health issues which has prevented the plaintiff from moving forward with this case. If it were not for some loyal associates residing in Duval County the plaintiff would not have known that such action was even taking place. But then again such cunning behavior does not surprise the plaintiff, nor does it surprise those of us confronting tenaciously the corruption within the Family Law Section of Florida. Also, let it be known the reason for filing this lawsuit in the first place was due to several conversations plaintiff had with the late great Florida Attorney Lacy Mahon. Mr. Mahon is the father of Chief Judge of the Fourth Judicial Circuit, Mark Mahon, whom plaintiff also talked to when he was a practicing lawyer. Mr. Lacy Mahon warned plaintiff of the defendant Diane L. Paull and the unethical tactics she uses as a family law lawyer. In fact Mr. Mahon stated to plaintiff that Diane Paull is a "pain in the ass" and "she gets away with murder". The plaintiff took these comments very serious especially the latter and prepared accordingly during plaintiff's divorce proceedings. The advice Mr. Mahon gave plaintiff was more than just legal, it was a shield of protecting ones vulnerability from a person who is not only unethical but has demonstrated such behavior as terrorism.
