河北大厂数字出版基地创业大厦 DaChang Innovation Mansion in Digital Publishment Base,HeBei 项目在园区建设初期是整个园区的启动区,代表园区整 体形象。项目功能为管委会自用办公和开发企业办公, 且两者的服务配套功能尽量分开。由二个垂直与水平高 低不同的体量,构成了丰富城市空间。塔楼为 16 层建 筑体量,核心筒居中,快捷高效。以“高升叠层”的手 法,各层标准层均不同,并以立面局部退缩,强调建筑 体量的层次感。裙房为 2 层建筑体量。其功能为管理办 公,会议,展示,休憩,餐厅等 , 各功能块合理分区, 互不干扰,配合天井,塑造光线与内部空间的互动。 The project is located t in he whole park starting area,represents of the park's overall image.The function of the project for the CMC office and the enterprise office, and the service matching try to separate.The vertical and level of volumes constitutes a rich city skyline.The tower is 16 story building volume, core tube is fast and efficient.Each standard layer is different, and in partial elevation retreat, emphasizing the building volume level sense.The podium is 2 floor . Its function is management office, conference, exhibition, leisure, restaurant etc.

山东中裕燃气有限公司办公楼 Building of Zhongyu Gas .LTD ,Linyi Mun. , ShanDong 我们采用“塔楼 + 裙房”的设计模式。塔楼为 25 层建 筑体量,各层标准层均不同,并以立面局部退缩呈螺旋 上升的态势,以期达到业主所要求的企业形象标识。裙 房为 2 层建筑体量。其功能为会议,展示,休憩,餐厅 等 , 各功能块合理分区,互不干扰。 We adopt the design pattern of "tower and podium" .In order to meet the required corporate image identification,the tower each layer of standard layer are is 25 stories building volume, different, and in partial elevation withdrawal was spiral up, The podium is 2 stories building volume, The function consist of the conference, exhibition, leisure, restaurant and so on, each function is reasonable zoning, no mutual interference. // Program: Office // Site are: 6829 ㎡ // Total floor area: 25220 ㎡ // Plot ratio : 3.69

场地被智诚路分为 A,B 两部分。A 地块由高中 部、幼儿园和体育场馆区组成,B 地块是九年 一贯制教育区。东西向轴线将两各地块联系 起来,各功能建筑分列两侧。高中部有教学楼 两栋、行政管理办公楼、图书馆、综合楼、实 验楼、学生公寓、餐厅和运动场。高中部共有 120 班,共 6720 学生;九年一贯制共有 96 班, 共 4560 学生;幼儿园共 12 班,共 360 人。 The site is divided into A, B two parts by ZhiCheng road. Abstract the components of traditional architectural forms in Tiandong and translate them into new form language by means of modern crafts and construction methods,

山东临沂经济技术开发区客运站 Bus Station of LinYi Economic-Technological Development Area,ShanDong 客运站的设计灵感来源于“鲲鹏展翅”的意象,流线 造型,动感十足。客运站周围是一个以商业、酒店和 LOFT 公寓为一体的大型综合体。商业由小型商铺和 大型购物中心组成,整合在一个“L”型体量之中。酒 店依然采用动态曲线造型,与客运站一起形成了变化 丰富的街道景观。为了让 LOFT 公寓住户获得更好的 景观资源,将商业建筑屋顶设计成屋顶花园。 The bus station' design inspiration comes from the image of "Kunpeng flying", dynamic modelling.Around the bus station is a large-scale urban complex consists of commercial, hotel and LOFT apartment .Business is composed of small shops and a large shopping mall, integrated in an "L" type volume. 山东临沂开元首府小区 Residential Housing of KaiYuanShouFu, LinYi Dis., ShanDong 本案由于场地限制,建筑皆线性排列,由八栋多层住 宅、两栋联排别墅、沿街商铺和小型超市组成。户型 有 A、B、C 三种,分别是 120 ㎡、100 ㎡和 80 ㎡, 以 B 户型为主。三种户型有机组合,以达到土地利用 的最大货值。景观以植物花卉为主,引入水系,皆以 溪水和小型喷泉为宜。 Due to the site field limitation, the buildings are linear array, consists of eight multilayer housings, two townhouses, shops along the street, and a small supermarket.There are three kinds of house type:A,B and C.The area is 120 ㎡ ,100 ㎡ and 80 ㎡ respectively. In order to achieve the maximum value of land use,three kinds of house type are combinated organically.Landscape is given priority to with plants and flowers .Water systemconsists ofstreams and small fountain .

北京顺义航空技术创业孵化基地 AVIC Aviation Technology Incubation Base ,BeiJing

项目位于顺义航空产业园区,考虑其包含的航空元 素,我们提出了“领航”的设计理念。建筑空间布 局以孵化器为引领,其它建筑单体围绕周边,相互 之间依靠空中连廊连接。整体规划中建筑平面的进 退形成沿街开放式的入口空间使得人们更加轻易地 进入园区,花园式的园林环境给人们提供了更加舒 适的休闲交流空间。 The project is located in Shunyi Aviation Industrial Park, and taking aerial elements into consideration, we come up with the design concept of“aero-navigation”. The spatial layout of the building takes incubator as the leader, with other individual buildings standing around, and they are connected with each other through air corridors. In comprehensive planning, the advancement and retreatment of the architectural plane form an open entrance space along streets, which makes it easier for people to enter the park. 北京大兴中科电商谷概念规划 Conceptual Planning of E-business Valley ,Daxing Dis.,BeiJing 由于甲方没有全方位的项目策划,有了笼统的项目定 位,却没有进一步的实施细则,导致原规划过于均质 无法满足市场需求,A、C 地块的销售不甚理想。在 后续规划中我们从以下三个方面加以改善: 1, 加强“谷”的概念。尽量提升裙房层的经济价值 打造中轴路两侧浓厚的商业氛围。 2,产品细分。将办公产品分为独栋办公、别墅型办公 和普通办公,满足不同客户需求。 3,花园式办公。打造绿色步行环带将各地块有机串 联起来,与中心公园和各地块中心景观形成花园式办 公环境,提升园区品质。 Because the owner does not have A full range of project planning, with the general project positioning, but there was no further detailed rules for the implementation, causes the original planning too homogeneous unable to meet the market demand, A, C block sales are not very ideal.
