| CONCEPT
Green network of this settlement is developed very well and the town itself is full of vegetation. But the problem is that all those spaces are fragmented and there is no place for residents to walk with their families beside one park in the center and green zones near the channel. In this concept a system of pocket gardens in each district is suggested as it will provide every family in the neighborhood with public green active space. The blue network is developed as well but looks scattered with weak connections. The town has a lot of attractions but it is also important to emphasize natural recourses like channel, lakes, river. The bicycle trail is designed in the way that people can visit and go through main water surfaces on the new developed greenway near them. This concept can supplement the needs of both tourists and locals and will make this settlement even more attractive.
