PROJECT - WS3 SHANGHAI MASTERPLAN A new masterplan to be situated in the heart of Shanghai, China. The scheme brings together highly efficient, flexible office buildings, animated at ground level by shops, restaurants and a range of new civic spaces. Work Experience: S.O.M PROJECT - COLPATRIA RESIDENTIAL TOWER A 12 Storey high end residential project in the city of Bogota, Colombia. A staggered design which optimizes floor area and views to the surrounding suburbs of Bogota. Role on Project: - 1:150 Sketch Model, Revit Documentation, 3D Modelling, Massing Models, Revit Model Modification.

PROJECT - STAR RIVER TOWER A 280-meter tower for Star River Headquarter office in Guangzhou, China. The tower’s sculpted body directs wind to a pair of openings at its mechanical floors, where traveling winds push turbines that generate energy for the building. Role on Project: - Massing Models, Sketch Models, 3D Rhino Modelling


1_ ‘Whichway’ Studio This studio tackles cultural traditions between ‘European’ and Australian Indigenous culture. Both cultures were explored through a series of architectural debates and then presented through architecture and urban design. These ideas are translated into designs for public programmes for a new model of deeply culturally and spatially significant architecture.

2_ ‘Antifragile’ Studio Antifragile is a speculative design studio concerned with the relationship between computational models and design creativity, natural / built environments, fictional scenarios and design activism. This project aims to look at readily available materials generated on site, and accelerate this process of growth to rehabilitate not only the dying ecosystem of the lake but to improve the social and economic aspects of the town Beeac.

Future speculation of the salt structure where as it grows it would be supported by scaffolding. Potential spaces that could be inhabited are collaboration spaces or educational spaces.

Viewing platform overlooks the entire salt structrue and Beeac. Hot water pipes would erode the salt which accelerates salt crystalization via the evaporation process.

3_ ‘Intricacy’ Elective This elective was about learning the fundamentals of algorithmic design and programming using Processing to create highly sophisticated, intricate formations of artwork. The focus was on both implementation and invention of new techniques for generating complex pattern and experiment in what emerges as unexpected design phenomena. Outcome: - Learn to code and produce high resolution generated artworks, animations or interactive display of works.

4_ ‘SSBD’ Studio This studio is an exploration of clarifying the latent consequences of ‘Post-Fordism’, through the tools of computational design. As a means with which to challenge the perpetuation of Fordist models of repetitious design production, the studio focused on variegated, mathematically generated patterns which target to heterogeneous and differentiated design outcomes. Outcomes: - Urban Design of 3-5 Megablocks in Bao’An, China. - Architectural Series in 1 Megablock. - Sets of Differentiated Building Systems.

Riverbanks The land next to the rive is called the riverbank, this area provides important habitat spaces for birds and other wildlife.

Wildlife Island Island to provide natural habitation spaces for the local wildlife of Shenzhen. Shipping Lanes New shipping lanes and docks have been created to connect with Dachan Bay.

Rivers Mouth At a River’s Delta, the land flattens out and the water loses speed, spreading out into a fan shape. This is where the river meets the sea. Island Buffer Islands act as nautral buffer zones to protect the coast against Typhoons.

5_ ‘Thesis’ Project My project is looks at current trends of high rise development in Melbourne CBD. As opposed to proposing a solution to the problem, my project will be exacerbating these current trends of hyper density in Melbourne. Using the precedents of Liam Young and Professor Shane Murray, they exaggerate current trends and propose speculative urbanisms for an exaggerated present. Therefore I am interested in creating an urbanism and architecture that’s speculative and exaggerates these trends whilst discovering new urban and building typologies through generative tools that will highlight the issue of hyper density in Melbourne.
