Please retain your invoice or the delivery note, and if available the manufacturer‘s warranty card. Bewahren Sie daher bitte die Rechnung bzw. den Lieferschein und ggf. die Garantiekarte des Herstellers auf. All sales are done exclusively in accord with these terms and conditions. Different terms and conditions from the buyer need our prior written approval. We only sell to corporate consumers. With an order you confirm that the goods purchased will only be used as corporate gifts, promotional items and will not be resold to a third party. Corporate consumers do not have the right to return the goods purchased. We may cancel the order without prior approval from a contract if we foresee that the risk of shipping to you is too high and is connected with a great financial risk from our side. All the prices in the price list are without VAT. The shipment risk is carried by the buyer. Should there be any unexpected rising in product cost, we reserve the right of correcting the price shown in the pricelist. Samples are shipped with a return-policy of 4 weeks, and have to be returned within this time frame, otherwise we consider these samples as sold and the amount is due within 7 working days. 2. Shipment Shipment is usually directly from our warehouse, shipment may also be done, however, by our supplier directly to you. Technical details and changes in color, form and material may vary. The details concerning weight, size, capacity are only a rough estimate. It may be that shipments may vary with 10% quantity, as this is something that cannot be controlled. An exact quantity, however, is regularly shipped. 3. Shipping Time Items without personalization are usually shipped immediately. Items with personalization require our prior written approval and are ready for shipment within 4-8 weeks. We will try to not make a partial delivery, we reserve, however, the right to do so. The confirmed delivery week is only a rough estimate and is compliant to the delivery from our warehouse. Fixed delivery times are only binding if confirmed by us. Should we not be able to deliver in time, a fair extended delivery time should be given to us of at least 4 weeks. Should there be any damage compensation claims done by you because of the extended delivery time, this claim is limited to the purchase price and limited to the costs of getting new goods elsewhere. These claims can only be made if the delivery time is caused by an error from our side. 4. Warranty Should the product purchased by you be damaged, we ask you to immediately call us at our Service Center or write us an e-mail or fax. We require this information within 7 working days, 2 years latest. Should you claim the damage within the time frame of 7 days, we offer a free replacement or reparation. Should there be no possibility of replacing or repairing the damaged product, we can offer you a rebate or offer you cancellation of the contract. Further claims cannot be done by you, as long as the damage is not caused by us. Should the product be personalized, we guarantee a clean and professional ad-placement. Pictures in the catalogue are not contractual. Products with personalization cannot be exchanged or refunded. 5. Payment The shipped goods remain our property until completely paid for. If the goods are sold beforehand, we consider this amount as paid directly to us. Payment in advance via bank transfer is the regular payment method. You may pay by bank transfer, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and on delivery. Additional shipping costs may apply. 6. Privacy Policy We inform you that your data will be saved in our computer systems and not given to a third party. We will use your data internally in order to guarantee a prompt service to you. 7. Place of Jurisdiction The place of jurisdiction for merchants is Stuttgart. No other terms are touched if one term is invalid.

Wir können ohne Angabe von Gründen von Verträgen zurücktreten, falls anzunehmen ist, dass die Belieferung an den Auftraggeber ein finanzielles Risiko für uns bildet. Alle auf der Preisliste aufgeführten Preise verstehen sich in € netto, zzgl. Mehrwertsteuer (Inland), ab Werk. Das Transportrisiko geht zu Lasten des Käufers. Sollten außergewöhnliche Schwankungen bei Rohstoff- und Devisennotierungen auftreten, müssen wir uns Preiskorrekturen vorbehalten. Muster liefern wir ab Werk, für selbige haben Sie ein Rückgaberecht von 4 Wochen ab Rechnungsdatum. 2. Lieferung Lieferungen erfolgen grundsätzlich ab Werk, können aber auch direkt von unseren Lieferanten kommen. Technische Änderungen sowie Änderungen in Form, Farbe und Material bleiben vorbehalten. Wir behalten uns kleine Abweichungen von der Produktabbildung vor. Die Angaben über Gewicht, Maße, Fassungsvermögen, Leistung, Farbe usw. sind nur Richtwerte. Zwischenzeitliche Produktverbesserungen kommen dem Kunden ohne Mehrkosten zugute. Mehr- oder Minderlieferungen bis zu 10% sind bei Streuartikeln mit Werbeanbringung manchmal nicht zu vermeiden und gelten als vereinbart. Die stückgenaue Lieferung ist jedoch die Regel. 3. Lieferzeit Artikel ohne Werbeanbringung liefern wir in der Regel kurzfristig ab Lager oder Werk. Artikel mit Werbeanbringung sind im allgemeinen innerhalb von 3-4 Wochen lieferbar. Teillieferungen werden nach Möglichkeit vermieden, sie bleiben uns aber vorbehalten. Wegen rückständiger Mengen kann die Regulierung vorausgegangener Teillieferungen im Rahmen unserer Zahlungsbedingungen nicht verweigert werden. Die von uns bestätigte Lieferwoche ist ein voraussichtlicher Liefertermin und gilt für die Auslieferung ab Werk. Fixtermine gelten nur nach ausdrücklicher schriftlicher Bestätigung durch uns. Geraten wir mit unseren Leistungen in Verzug, so ist uns zunächst in jedem Fall eine angemessene Nachfrist von mindestens 4 Wochen zu gewähren. Eventuelle Schadensersatzansprüche sind für den Fall des Leistungsverzuges und der von uns zu vertretenden Unmöglichkeit, soweit diese auf leichter Fahrlässigkeit unsererseits beruhen, beschränkt auf die Höhe des Kaufpreises und auf solche Schäden, die infolge anderweitiger Beschaffung der Ware entstehen. 4. Gewährleistung Beanstandungen wegen offensichtlicher Mängel sind innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Empfang der Lieferung schriftlich mitzuteilen. Versteckte Mängel sind schriftlich innerhalb von 7 Tagen, spätestens aber bis zum Ablauf von 2 Jahren seit Lieferung anzuzeigen. Bei fristgerechten und berechtigten Rügen leisten wir nach unserer Wahl kostenlos Ersatz oder bessern nach. Hierfür steht uns eine angemessene Frist von mindestens 4 Wochen zur Verfügung. Ist ein Mangel weder durch Nachbesserung noch durch Ersatzlieferung zu beheben, kann der Käufer Herabsetzung des Kaufpreises verlangen oder den Kaufvertrag rückgängig machen. Weitere Ansprüche sind ausgeschlossen, soweit uns oder unseren Erfüllungsgehilfen nicht Vorsatz oder grobe Fahrlässigkeit zur Last gelegt werden können. Bei Werbeanbringung garantieren wir für ein sauberes Anbringen ihrer Werbung im Rahmen der technischen Möglichkeiten und nehmen die Anbringung an der uns am werbewirksamsten erscheinenden Position des jeweiligen Artikels vor. Abbildungen im Katalog sind hierfür nicht verbindlich. Bitte beachten Sie, dass nicht auf jedem Produkt eine Werbeanbringung möglich ist. Waren mit Werbeanbringung sind vom Umtausch ausgeschlossen. Die Begutachtung von Korrekturabzügen, Zeichnungen oder Mustern entbindet uns von jeder Verantwortung für nicht beanstandete Fehler. Dies gilt auch, wenn kein Korrekturabzug angefordert wird. 5. Zahlung Die gelieferte Ware bleibt bis zur restlosen Zahlung unser Eigentum. Wird die Ware vorher verkauft, so gilt die dabei entstandene Forderung als an uns abgetreten. Gehen aus der Forderung Beträge ein, so sind diese an uns abzuführen. Grundsätzlich gilt bei uns die Vorkasse. 6. Datenschutz Wir setzen Sie davon in Kenntnis, dass wir Ihre Daten - soweit geschäftsnotwendig und im Rahmen des Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes (§ 26 BDSG) zulässig - EDV-mäßig speichern und verarbeiten. 7. Gerichtsstand Für Vollkaufleute ist als Gerichtsstand Stuttgart vereinbart. Die etwaige Unwirksamkeit einzelner Bestimmungen berührt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bedingungen nicht.
