On my free one hour consultation we discussed my health issues and I also asked about the facial acupuncture. I instantly felt at ease with Sasha who suggested that we start with the health issues and clear that before starting on my face, which made me see that she really cared about my health.

I was taking 3 steroids a day for my illness and after my first 6 week course I was down to zero. I have signed up my daughter, husband and my neighbour with Sasha. She is now our ‘family acupuncturist’!

I was ready for facial acupuncture. Before each treatment Sasha spends time asking about my week. She makes notes and sketches to show where I need the needles most. I was pleasantly surprised how relatively painless the facial needles are. They are tiny.

After the needles are inserted I relax totally, and the 25 minutes they are left to work their magic feels like time flies. I could not believe the difference after just one session, my skin was glowing. After the

12th session the wrinkles were a lot less deep and I looked and felt younger.

We laugh a lot in our sessions. It feels like having a catch up with a good friend.

I co-own a lifestyle business called Stranger Than Them. Launching a new business can be extremely stressful and we network with a lot of people.
