Who is urologist? A urologist is someone who specializes in the treatment of male urinary and male reproductive health issues. Urology is a specialized branch of medicine that specifically deals with male urinary and reproductive diseases. Most urologists are general surgeons who do a specialized training in the field of urology.


When should you see a urologist? Urologists are experts in treating a variety of complex healthcare problems. A few them are as follows. 1. Urinary tract infections These include bacterial conditions that can affect any part of the male urinary system, from the urethra, kidney or bladder.
