PILATES SUSPENSION METHOD (PSM) By Sarah Phillips If you have tried mat or reformer (or other equipment) Pilates classes, you will be well aware of the amazing benefits it can have both on the body and the mind. Pilates Suspension Method (PSM) takes all of these benefits (and more) to create a unique, challenging and fun Pilates class.
