WHY DOES ATHLETES TAKE STEROIDS? Most serious athletes will tell you that the competitive drive to win can be fierce. Besides the satisfaction of personal accomplishment, athletes often pursue dreams of winning a medal for their country or securing a spot on a professional team. In such an environment, the use of performance-enhancing drugs has become increasingly common. But using performanceenhancing drugs — aka, doping — isn't without risks. Take the time to learn about the potential benefits, the health risks and the many unknowns regarding socalled performanceenhancing drugs such as anabolic steroids, androstenedione, human growth hormone, erythropoietin, diuretics, creatine and stimulants. You may decide that the benefits aren't worth the risks.

Movie Review The Blind Side
The Longest Yard
Disgraced pro football quarterback Paul Crewe Michael Oher (Quinton Aaron), a homeless black teen, ( Adam Sandler) lands in jail, where manipulative Warden Harzen( James Cromwell) recruits him to advise the institution’s team. This turns into a lead role quarterbacking a crew of inmates in a game against a team of prison guards. Aided by incarcerated ex-NFL coach Nate Scarborough( Burt Reynolds), Crewe and his team must overcome not only the bloodthirstiness of the opposition, but also the officials trying to fix the game against them.

Homeless Man Makeover The MOFH Program found this homeless man in the street of California. He was singing and plays his guitar to get money from the audiences. We decided to get him some new clothes and a new haircut because of his work. We take him to the world famous restaurant in California and give
him a hotel room for him to stay. We take him to go shopping for some new clothes. The man was happy after all. Help us by donate some money to the MOFH Program.
