Jamrockin’ Gingersnaps Made with Jamrockin’ Seasoning, these delicious cookies are perfect year-round with a cup of tea.

Makes 2 dozen.

1 cup ¾ cup ¼ cup 1 2 ¼ cup 1 ½ tbsp 2 tsp 1 tsp 5 tsp

packed brown sugar unsalted butter honey or molasses large egg all-purpose flour Jamrockin’ Seasoning baking soda cinnamon granulated sugar

1 In a large bowl, mix the brown sugar, butter, honey (or molasses) and egg with an electric mixer.

Add remaining ingredients except for cinnamon and sugar. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2 Heat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

3 Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.

4 Shape dough into balls and dip the tops into the cinnamon sugar. Place cookies, sugared side up, on baking sheet sheets.

5 Bake for 9-12 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on a rack, and enjoy!
