In the course of our development and deployment, we use 3rd-party software tools and products for which we obtain ownership and/or licensing rights from the original developer We also use a broad range of open-source tools and products from the UNIX/Linux platform. Any 3rd-party software or website we develop and deploy on behalf of a client is free of any licensing obligations on the part of the client to the 3rd-party vendor.
