A message from John & Nici We would like to thank all our friends and family for all of your support. It’s times like this you realise what a wonderful community we live in, people have done so many selfless acts of kindness.

You have all helped in some way to pick us up, giving us strength and hope when we have been at our lowest.

This has enabled us to remain positive and strong for Charlie... now we can focus on the next stage of treatment.

Charlie continues to amaze us with his bravery and courage. Although this is just the start of Charlie’s journey he seems unphased by all the treatment he has had to endure so far.

All we can do now is continue to pray that Charlie responds well to the next stages of treatment.

• In all matters the auctioneer’s decision is final. He reserves the right to withdraw any lot for which no reasonable bid is made.

• Payment by cash, cheque or online banking must be made at one of the cashier’s desks on the evening of the auction.

• The organisers accept no liability for any injury or loss, of whatever nature, which may result from the execution of the promises. Nor do they give any warranty as to the quality of the content of the promises. For the avoidance of doubt no contract exists between the organisers of the auction and the bidders.

• Any unsold items will be listed and kept available for a short period of time after the date of the auction.

• If, for some genuine and unforeseen reason a service cannot be discharged a refund will be given.

• Where gifts and promises are subject to time limits, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the said lots are exercised before the time limit expires.

• Where appropriate, purchasers will be given a voucher for each lot purchased showing the name and contact details of the donor who should be contacted for the item or promise to be fulfilled.

What do I need to know about the auction?

Due to the incredible generosity of our local community and beyond we have a very high number of lots and will therefore be running a preliminary silent auction for all items starting at 6pm.

All items will then go under the hammer from 7:30pm.

In order to bid you will need a bidding number. To make a bid on the night you hold up your bidding number so the auctioneer can see it. Due to the large numbers attending please complete the Registration Form, on the back page of this programme and bring the completed form with you. You will be given a card with your number on it before entering the Hall.
