LUXURY CONDO/TOWNHOMES are few but not far between in Jackson Hole. All of them can be found in Teton Village except five which are in the Town of Jackson. Currently, 145 units are set at $5+ million and qualify for the Jackson Hole Luxury Report.

The definition of “Luxury” condo/townhomes in Jackson Hole is $5+ million. The current breakdown is as follows: 38 units in the Four Seasons Hotel; all 21 Granite Ridge Lodges; three Timbers of Granite Ridge; one Cabin at Granite Ridge; 70 units in Shooting Star (Lodges or Cabins); two in Snake River Lodge & Spa; four in Crystal Springs Lodge; one in the Tram Towers, and five in the Town of Jackson.

At mid-year 2022, the number of Luxury condo/townhome sales were up 50% from 2021, as there were six sales over $5 million in the first six months of 2022. Of the six sales, five were in Teton Village and one was in the Town of Jackson. 70 Shooting Star (Lodges or Cabins)

MLS shows five Luxury units listed—two in Teton Village and three in the Town of Jackson. They range in size from 2,200 to 6,075 sq. ft., and prices range from $5.25 to $7.695 million. The two in Teton Village are in the Timbers of Granite Ridge. Two of the three in the Town of Jackson are in the new Art District West project and the third one is in Eastridge.
