LUXURY CONDO/TOWNHOMES are few but not far between in Jackson Hole, and all but one is located in Teton Village. Currently, 138 units qualify for the Jackson Hole Luxury Report with values of $5+ million.

This reduction in Luxury units is due to the current definition of “Luxury” in Jackson Hole. The breakdown is as follows: 38 units in the Four Seasons Hotel; all 21 Granite Ridge Lodges; 73 units in Shooting Star (Lodges or Cabins); one in Snake River Lodge & Spa; four in Crystal Springs Lodge; and one in the Town of Jackson.

In 2021, the number of luxury condo/ townhome sales were down 50% from 2020 with a total of 10 sales, and the dollar volume decreased 51% to $62 million. Of the 10 sales, one was in Tram Tower, one in Crystal Springs, one in Snake River Lodge & Spa and the other 7 in Shooting Star – all in Teton Village. 73 Shooting Star (Lodges or Cabins)
