Distribution guide The distribution module is the tool that helps you to see the availability of our hotels. Unlike Hotelbeds sales website can make multiple requests over a range of dates. We may also request information directly from the supplier. Through this guide we will see the different options you have...
Instructions
Before Starting We have developed the Distribution Module based on Faceted Navigation. We call facet to the set of table and filters that contains each information. The Facets allow you discriminate the information you want to consult.

Basics For satisfactory use of this module the navigation between the facets you must follow the order from left to right.
Faceted Navigation Selecting an item in any facet, automatically filtered all other facets by the selected value. This means that if you choose a country (example: USA) you can only choose destinations of this country.
Filters Filter nonconsecutive Ătems To select more than one item is not consecutive, hold down ctrl. Can thus filter by several items of one facet at a time.

Filter consecutive items A quick way to filter by consecutive items is after selecting the first item pressing and holding Shift select the final item of your choice. This will select all the items in between.
Using the magnifying glass Another way to do it with the tool filters magnifying glass. Clicking on the magnifying glass you will see a popup that allows you to enter one or more values to be filtered on the facet. After choosing the values you will have to click on each. The correct format with introducing the values is: Value1;value2; value3; value4;‌etc
Delete selected item You can remove a selection click back on it with ctrl down or from the filter: Figure 3 Filter
Delete a selected item causes your filter disappears. Example: If you have selected two countries, U.S. and ES, and you eliminate U.S. all U.S. destinations will disappear.
Reset If you have made a query and have used many filters to make your selection maybe you want launch another request. Delete one by one all the items selected is not a practical solution. That is the Reset button. Clicking this button will cause all filters and selections made in the facets disappear but not the data of the table.

Availability To search for availability ought to fill the following fields:
Mandatory fields Adults: Number of adults. Children: Number of children. Ages: After selecting the number of children, appear ages combos that you must complete. The default age is 12. From: Start date. To: End date. Nights: The number of nights is the rank of the availability to search. TTOO: The default TTOO is 30502. Branch: The default branch is 1. Interface: The default interface is E. Country: Country issuer.
Non-mandatory fields Valued: Indicates the availability engine must assess the reservation. Equivalence: By activating this option, the availability engine will not display rates or rooms that have not equivalent in our system. Direct: Launches availability against the supplier system. Nยบ rq: The application calculates the number of requests to be launched. The system is unable to launch more than 1000 requests.
Export to Excel You can export the results to Excel. It downloads a file called "Distribution".
Bookmarks Save Bookmarks You can save your most used filters. By clicking the button Save Bookmarks opens a window to enter the name by which you can identify the filter.
Bookmarks You can access saved filters through this button. After opening the window you can load the filter by double clicking on it. Once loaded you must select the hotels in the table.

Add Service Once you have made an availability search you can make an add Service of any result by double-clicking in the table.
