This is hands down the most effective to tone your thighs, legs, and the whole lower body area. 4. Basic Stretching Yoga People assume that either yoga doesn't work or it works very slowly which is not true btw. If you regularly do yoga then you can see the difference in your body, skin, and even your mental health. You can try some stretching yoga practices and see their effect. 5. Dancing on the Beats Now, ending this with the most fun activity of them all that is dancing! You can either enroll in some dance class and learn professional dancing while balancing the weight or you can turn on your favourite music and dance it out loud for a certain time period every day to lose weight and maintain a toned body.
