5. Setu Bandha Sarvangasana This one is also called as the bridge pose in the simple language. This exercise makes your glutes and thighs stronger than before and also helps in toning the abdominal muscles. It involves major support on the neck so it reduces neck vulnerability reducing the neck pain.
Process: Lie down simply on the ground with hands on sides of your body and lift your knee up. Your feet should be below as in the picture. Lift up your hips and entire spinal area with keeping the balance on the arms and feet. Repeat it for 10 times to begin with.
