GUCCI MANE ARRESTED ONE DAY AFTER BEING RELEASED FROM JAIL

Rapper Gucci Mane was arrested one day after he was released from jail. He was arrested for assaulting a man in Harlem Nights Atlanta nightclub with a Champaign bottle. Victim of Mane’s assault is a US military soldier, who told the press that all he wanted to do is to get a picture with the rapper. Soldier was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital , where he received ten stitches.
Later on controversial picture went viral on the internet. It shows that Gucci Mane telling the judge “B*tch I might be” when asked if guilty. This picture is totally fake and somebody used Photoshop to make this image. The problem with it is if FOX actually had this picture on LIVE television , they would most likely censor the word B*TCH , which is not censored on the particular picture.

RETURN OF THE MAC…. Ben Haggerty known by his stage name MACKLEMORE made his return to Hip Hop in 2009 after recovering from use of substances . Macklemore teamed up with Ryan Lewis and had a big musical BOOM in 2012-13. His music video “Thrift Shop” was viewed over 250 million time and reached number 1 on the U.S. Billboard hot 100. B-BOY CLASSIC COMING TO EINDHOVEN On June 15 2013 B-Boys from all over the world will be gathered in Eindhoven, city in The Netherlands , to find out who is the best break-dancer in the world. B-Boy classic is a two on two dance battle. B-Boys all over the world have to go through qualifiers in their own countries before one team from each country will enter the tournament . So far only China has finished their qualifiers and their winners are from STO crew Lil Chao & Blackie. Rest of the qualifiers are scheduled to take place mid May. The qualifier for Birmingham, UK has been postponed due to massive snow fall. BOSTON BOMBING 2013 On April 15 2013 Boston Marathon became the target for terrorists. Two bombs exploded killing 3 and injuring 183 people. Suspects are two Chechen brothers Tamerlan and Dzokhar Tsarnaev. Tamerlan was killed by Boston police during the shootout while Dzokhar was wounded and was taken to hospital. A week before the bombing FOX released the new episode of “Family Guy” called “Turban Cowboy”. World news of HIP HOP Armenian rapper HT Hayko was attacked by anti rappers and was hospitalized. This event drove rappers in Armenia to go low and cancel all of their concerts until further notice. CHRIS “MAC DADDY” KELLY IS DEAD!!!! Chris Kelly, better known as “Mac Daddy” from rap duo “Kris Kross” was pronounced dead on Wednesday, May 1st . INTERNATIONAL HIP HOP Hip Hop is not only popular in the USA. People all over the world listen to Hip Hop music. Not everyone approves the style, a specially in countries that were part of Soviet Union. Russia took a big step on developing Hip Hop artists. The most famous one is Timati. He’s known all over the world. Timati has collaborated with artists like Snoop Dogg , Xzibit , Busta Rhymes, Diddy, Fat Joe and Timbaland. Timati copies a style of a typical American Rapper. Hes covered in tattoos, has big chains hanging from his neck, wears a big diamond watch , shows up to places in expensive cars. He didn't do all that in the beginning of his career.

Timati is Russian , but he has dark skin. That is why he calls himself Black Star. Timati is not the only famous Hip Hop artists that hails from former soviet union. 3 Armenian guys who leave in Glendale ,Ca formed a Hip Hop Band . They call themselves “EREVANSKI�. In Armenia Hip Hop is not popular, and Hip Hop artists get criticized all the time. Guys from Erevanski came to USA to do what they loved to do the most , be a Hip Hop artists. Erevanski raps in Armenian. Sometimes they invite underground Rap artists to feature on their tracks . Erevanski was voted as artist of the month by the fans. I am glad to have friends who are in Hip Hop industry.

LADY PINK , FEMALE TAGGER Lady Pink was born in Ecuador, but raised in NYC. In 1979 she started writing graffiti and soon was well known as the only female capable of competing with the boys in the graffiti subculture. Pink painted subway trains from the years 19791985. In 1982 she had a starring role the motion picture "Wild Style". That role and her other significant contributions to graffiti have made her a cult figure in the hip-hop subculture. While still in high school she was already exhibiting paintings in art galleries, and at the age of 21 had her first solo show at the Moore College of Art. As a leading participant in the rise of graffiti-based art, Lady Pink's canvases have entered important art collections such as those of the Whitney Museum, the MET in New York City, the Brooklyn Museum and the Groningen Museum of Holland. She has established herself in the fine arts world, and her paintings are highly prized by collectors. Today, Lady Pink continues to create new paintings on canvas that express her unique personal vision.
