PRIMARY PURPOSES 1) The ministry of Trojan Horse International shall encourage and support, or seek to establish, programs of educational learning and /or bible reading centres, within the Correctional and Prison Institutions, of the Philippines, which promote moral values as taught by the gospel of Christ which is a ministry of “Setting Captives Free”. 9
