SECTION 1: IMPLEMENTATION OF THE OBJECTIVES The Board of Directors shall take full responsibility in the implementation of the basic, major and general objectives and goals of the Trojan Horse International (TULIP) Phils. Incorporated, as stated in the Articles of Incorporation. SECTION 2: PROMULGATE POLICIES The Board of Directors shall establish, fortunate and promulgate rules and regulations, and the policies for the guidance and execution of the staff and personnel of the Trojan Horse International (TULIP) Phils.
