TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

GAIA, founded in 1998, standed out at the beginning of its work in the area of the structural analysis and design, although, in 2000, after incorporating into its staff some technical specialists in different disciplines of engineering and architecture, GAIA extended its activity giving integral solutions to its Customers, providing high quality services with a great additional value. This feature allows the company to tackle any kind of project, so as civil as manufacturer, reaching the best solution so as technical as economical, where the complete satisfaction of the Customer stands out over any other condition. PROCESSES [2.1] With the 3D plants design systems, GAIA creates and supports a detailed database that gives to the company the necessary information to fulfil with the regulations, streamlining operations, maintenance and optimization projects. ARCHITECTURE AND URBANISM [2.4] The working philosophy of the Architecture Department of GAIA correspond to an opened conception of the architecture, that is to say, a pretension for understanding the discipline in the richest and complete possible dimension inside the cultural, historical, technological and social context that corresponds to us. Working philosophy where different professional cultures take over the project development as the real authors. GAIA offers a service of architectural design integrated with the projects of detail or execution and their respective execution directions. The work of GAIA in the area of the territory and the urbanism is characterized by a global vision of the problem that encourages the creativity and the innovation. The multidisciplinary work and the ability to integrate in only one team the diversity of specialists (technical, economics and relating to management), is orientated to understand the needs of the Customer and to satisfy their demands small and large scale projects. It is born a range of products with specific solutions to collective and single-family homes, government buildings and shops. Nowadays, we are the concession for the exclusive distribution of the Belgian mark, which is one of the two first in Europe in aluminium carpentry and in lightweight building frontages and it presents a wide range of quality products.

The quality of our products is based on the seriousness, the work of a highly qualified team and the constant and personalized treatment with each client, as well as using high quality materials in all products that make up our systems (aluminium shapes, accessories, polyamides and treatment). We developed a Quality Department to certify that our products arrive at the desired conditions for the customer and to satisfy its demand, in such a way that we have ISO certificates which guarantee security and quality in our product. Our technical department, highly qualified, constantly develops Research and Development (R&D) and Innovation works on creating new systems and increasing of existing ones, to cover any need for our market and to advise our clients in the most appropriate solutions for each type of building frontage. In parallel with the commercial department, we have a prescription department which job is to give solutions to Architects and Engineers projects; it is in continuous contact with the project department, which is responsible to follow the evolution for each project and it advises to the installer if itÂ&#x2019;s necessary.
