My PhD research is 'Intra-cultural Mentoring of Medical Interns - a case study in Kazakhstan'. The intervening treatment enhances demonstration of medical proficiency and mends the gaps from initial higher incidents of accidents the first month of rounds in the hospital. The long term application is to require a form of mentoring for medical universities to remain accredited and to propose this pedagogy through WFME for WHO national delegates in 2012.
