30-32 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2 The redevelopment of this protected structure envisages the careful integration of new and old. The front portion of the building is carefully conserved where new elements counterbalance with old. A new entrance loggia enlivens the historic street frontage, from the loggia a top lit route leads to a new atrium, the interface of new and old. To the south, a residential courtyard, accessed via the atrium, is created. The layered facades of the apartments present a dynamic and ever-changing face to the residential courtyard.
