Kapiti Coast District Council 175 Rimu Road Paraparaumu Kapiti March 11, 2013 Dear Mr. Dougherty, I am writing in reference to 1. Peer Review of Proposed District Plan and, 2. Legal Advice Obtained for the PDP It is my understanding from the draft minutes of November 22, 2012 of the Regulatory Management Committee that all chapters of the PDP had “been extensively peer reviewed and revised by lawyers”. I refer you to page 4 of the draft minutes.

I am requesting the following information: • Names of all the peer reviewers and the chapters they peer reviewed for the Proposed District Plan • Copies of all the peer reviews undertaken for the Proposed District Plan • Names of lawyers that were engaged for advice regarding the Proposed District Plan • Copies of all the legal advice received by KCDC regarding the Proposed District Plan.
