THIS PROJECT WAS DONE IN THE 1st YEAR OF MY DESIGN CLASS. MY INSTRUCTOR WAS DAVID KUBICK

PATH WITH AN EXPERIENCE. IT’S INTENT IS TO GIVE YOU A VARIED EXPERIENC AS YOU WALK ALONG THE PATHS. YOU GET A GOOD VIEW OF THE AREA, THEN YOU ARE SURROUNDED BY TREES, TUCKED IN THE MIDDLE IS A MEETING AREA. THERE IS AN EXPRESS PATH THAT GETS YOU OUT FASTER.

CUBE HOUSE
THE FORM OF THIS BUILDING WAS ACHIEVED BY ARRANGING 12 CUBES AND 8 STICKS. THIS A RESIDENTIAL BUILDING DESIGN FOR MYSELF OR AN ARCHITECT. PROF DAVID KUBICK WAS THE INSTRUCTOR FOR THIS PROJECT TOO. THE FLOOR PLANS WERE ALSO INFLUENCED BY THE CUBES FOR ROOM ARRANGEMENTS.

THE RENDERINGS SHOW VARIOUS MATERIALS IN USE
THIS DAYCARE WAS FUNCTION DRIVEN AND INSPIRED BY THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOOD. THIS WAS THE SECOND SEMESTER OF DESIGN CLASS TAUGHT BY PROF ZAGAROLI.

PARING WAS PLACED UNDERGRAUND TO SAVE SPACE ON THE GROUND LEVEL AND BE ABLE TO HAVE AN OPEN AREA WHERE THE CHILDREN CAN PLAY OR HOLD AN OPEN AIR MEETING

BRICK & FRAME RESIDENTAL BUILDING
THIS BUILDING WAS EXTENDED AT THE FRONT AND REAR TO MAXIMIZE THE USABLE FLOOR AREA. IT WAS ALSO CONVERTED FROM A ONE FAMILY TO TWO FAMILY DWELLING. THIS WAS DONE AT AN ARCHITECTURAL OFFICE THAT FILES PLANS WITH THE NYC DEPT OF BUILDINGS
TYPICAL DRAWING SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL AT THE CITY AGENCY
BRICK & FRAME RESIDENTAL BUILDING
THIS HOUSE WAS DESIGNED TO BE VERY OPEN AND SPACIOUS AT THE FIRST FLOOR SO THE OWNER CAN ENTERTAIN LARGE GROUPS OF PEOPLE, THE SECOND FLOOR HAS THREE BEDROOM AND ONE MASTER BEDROOM WITH VERY HIGH CEILINGS. THIS PROJECT WAS DONE AT THE SAME ARCHITECTURAL OFFICE AND CONSTRUCTION ALMOST COMPLETED.
