In briefing before the Missouri Supreme Court, the MREC urged that court to reject U.S. Supreme Court precedents in favor of Missouri law - and that is exactly what the Missouri Supreme Court did. The Freedom Center has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to consider whether the Missouri Supreme Court was wrong to do what the MREC advised them to do. Now the MREC says that, even though the Missouri Supreme Court adopted its arguments, the Court somehow DIDN'T really adopt its arguments.
