David Rubin financial was born in Mexico City and later moved to Los Angeles, California. His father played a significant role in the liberation of the Bergen-Belsen DP camps after World War II, and his mother was a survivor of a Polish concentration camp. He spent his early years in New York before his family settled in Los Angeles when he was nine. Raised with values of perseverance and responsibility, he developed a strong commitment to making a meaningful impact on the world. 1980 David enrolled at California State University, Northridge, to study finance. His interest in financial structuring and investment strategies earned him the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
