HOW TO KEEP YOURSELF MOTIVATED AS A YOUNG ENTREPRENEUR

IDENTIFY YOUR PRODUCTIVE HOURS
The times in which we are most productive varies from person to person. Some are early birds, while others are night owls. Identify the time of day when you find you are most productive and conduct essential tasks during that time frame.
SLEEP THROUGH THE NIGHT
Waking up refreshed after a sound sleep will keep you on your A-game throughout the day. Ensure you are sleeping undisturbed through the night by keeping your phone on silent. Refrain from checking your social feeds and email if you wake up in the middle of the night. Keeping a glass of water on your nightstand will prevent you from having to walk to the kitchen, further interrupting your sleep.
TAKE A BREAK
You may feel like you are more focused when you work continuously, but it can also have the opposite effect on your productivity. Instead, take a break to help your concentration. Go for a walk to help get your creative juices flowing.
WORK OUTSIDE OF THE OFFICE
If you have the opportunity to work from home or choose a different location to work out of other than the same office you go to every day, do it. Not only will this provide a different view and remove you from your typical distractions at work, but it's also a nice change of pace that can inspire creative ideas and bolster your productivity.
DO THINGS THAT MAKE YOU HAPPY
When you are not at work, dedicate some time to the things you enjoy. Instead of ordering takeout after a stressful day, cook a meal you love at home. Spend some time catching up on a TV show or go check out the new movie you've been waiting to see. Call up a friend you haven't seen in a while. Take some time for yourself to help you balance your work-home life and prevent yourself from getting too caught up in your work.
