MILWAUKEE MILLENNIAL NEEDS Following YPWeek 2014, a weeklong program focused on showcasing Milwaukee to our local Millennial workforce, NEWaukee asked 2,500 local young professionals what they believed the solution to the city’s talent retention dilemma is. Not surprisingly, local Milllennials desire employer investment in community, social collisions and professional development.

Case Study NEWaukee customized an annual program with the Young Professional Associates (YPA), an Employee Resource Group focused on the personal and professional development of young colleagues. Working alongside YPA, NEWaukee leverages its network, programs and public projects to develop the current talent base while marketing Associated Bank to local consumers and future employees.
