David Sheptak

Dave’s success is attributed to a simple philosophy: “Treat people the way you’d like to be treated.” He knows that—for most of us—buying and selling real estate are quality of life decisions, and he takes that responsibility seriously. Dave holds real estate licenses in both Florida and Indiana, and has a long history of superior customer satisfaction. In Indiana, he owned his own company and was awarded the North West Indiana Peoples Choice award for seven consecutive years. Dave is most proud of the fact that many of his past customers have become lifelong friends and have recommended him to their families. Dave has lived in Indiana and Kansas before relocating to the Sun Coast. When he’s not working, you will probably find him outdoors where he enjoys playing golf, bicycling, jogging, kayaking and the beaches of the Gulf Coast. He is a graduate of Indiana University and a fan of Big Ten sports.
