A totally independent report on Miami’s best Condo’s for Sale. The question: ‘Should I buy in Miami now?’ comes up often in my daily real estate conversations. It is from this question that I saw a need to create this report. When you see the opportunity to buy below construction cost in many new buildings, to buy at a fraction of the former costs in others and when you see the enormously strong rental market which many investors have been savvy enough to tap into it is hard to ignore the opportunity to buy right now. The rebound from the crashed 2008 property market has been nothing short of phenomenal in specific neighborhoods such as Brickell where prices are still relatively cheap but demand to live is high. The old adage runs true: location, location, location.. Inventory has diminished to a 3 year low and prices are rising again. There are still opportunities out there, but they are shrinking by the day. What I have compiled here is a list of arguably the best condo’s to buy in Miami right now. This is NOT a report to show you which are the most expensive, but what offers the best value for money, the best standard of finish coupled with quality of living as well as what may give the best return on your investment for the future. Many of these buildings have units for sale that are not readily found on the internet. As a real estate professional I have a strong working relationship with these buildings developers and are privy to the changing deals being offered.
