David Struwig

David - Director David qualified as a hairdresser of both women and men in Peitermartizburg, South Africa in the 80's. He then moved to Cape town in '89 and begun his first salon, KASUSH in '94. David went on to achieve many local and international titles and wards for competition work including world hairdressing championships in Tokyo Japan where he placed first in his section, Redken hairstylist of the year, the first South African hairdresser to work on stage in the Alternate hairshow london, presentations in Zurich, Mauritius,Viennna and around South Africa. including being a founding member of national Goldwell Artistic team. He has also had work published in various fashion and trade publications. After relocating to London in 2005 , he worked For 'Stone Hair' for three years before being head hunted by Elmina salons in Jersey where he held the position of Creative Director. He and Bryan are now joint owners of KAMYKO HAIR- Wellington.
