1. FIX YOUR DIET ROUTINE.
This might come as a surprise but fixing your meals and the time you consume them at, can significantly help your sleep pattern. Eat a wellbalanced diet and try to reduce sugar consumption. If you can’t at all help with it, restrict sugar after the afternoon hours. Eating an early dinner is also helpful.
