My name is David Violi. Thank you for taking the time to look over my submission for a Real Estate Sales position with the Nest Seekers International. I grew up in the suburbs of Central New Jersey, spending many summers at the Jersey Shore. In my early 20’s I moved to Los Angeles with some friends. I spent my early days in LA pursuing acting and enjoying the lifestyle. While that was fun, it never quite held my interest. I then decided to refocus my attention to real estate. I’ve always loved real estate, from design and amenities to investing, deal analyzation and near limitless growth potential, it just fit me.

Growing up in New Jersey instilled in me a strong sense of loyalty and a no nonsense approach to people and life. This same sense of being is what I like to bring to my profession and clients. I enjoy being an active figure in my community, from being a member of the local PTA to frequenting business mixers it is always great to meet new people. I love being active and to keep in physically good shape, not only is it great for the body, but the mind, too. Though I have extensive experience in many aspects of the industry, I have been removed from the business for a few years. I am now back, for good, and am looking to establish myself as a preeminent force in real estate. I’ve, recently, completed a sale and look to further pursue my relationships, mostly in the music industry. I feel the addition of Nest Seekers International behind me would help to solidify future transactions.

Why Nest Seekers International Since 2002, when Eddie Shapiro founded Nest Seekers International, it has been at the forefront of technology, innovation and a client-community centered focus. As a result, it has catapulted to the top of the industry. This is a company I need to be a part of. If you want to be the best, you need to work with the best!

I started in real estate over 10 years ago, being a part of the then number one producing team at Rodeo Realty, where I learned the determination and dedication needed to be at the top. Wanting to learn all aspects of the real estate industry, I then went and honed my skills in the financial end – mortgages. Doing this in the high flying market of the mid-2000’s taught me how to get deals closed and fight for my clients. This led to to an opportunity to be the Branch Manager of Greenhill Mortgages, where the value of building a team of professionals was of the highest order. I’ve recently been with a small boutique company, Thrive Homes & Estates. While I’ve learned some there, I do not believe that my growth goals can be met by staying. In addition, I have worked in Commercial Real Estate with NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate, where I learned the intricacies of contracts. One of my proudest accomplishments was being co-owner of Spire Homes, LLC developing land in the California City area, which was an invaluable experience in how to manage the many different parts of a project or deal. This enables me to to be of the best possible service to them, to be honest and sensitive to their unique situations. I work hard for clients, I "go the extra mile", to help insure that no matter big deal or small, new client or old that in the end they are thrilled with the results and I am at the top of their referral list.
