Meditation is the stage of silent and calm mind. Many people would think that how we can learn meditation and how to do it skillfully? You can join any meditation classes, seminars or you can even learn meditation by reading books. Many books are available in the market for beginners. These books would also teach you; how you can calm down your mind and concentrate. So many people must have experienced the benefits of meditation in their life.If you want to experience the 100% concentration and total benefits of meditation then consistently you have to keep meditating. Regularity in meditation is very important. Every day you have to practice atleast for half an hour to one hour in very calm and silent place. Although many people take the decision to start a meditation every day but a very small percentage of people stick to that decision. It is unfortunate, that those who stop meditating at early days they start; they won’t be able to experience the miraculous results and experiences of meditation. My suggestion to you is, start meditation as early as possible you can and don’t leave it. Take some time from you busy schedule for yourself to become and stay healthy and happy. Initially you may find it boring and difficult, you may face many hurdles to find time for meditation but, once you start doing it, you will love to do it and once you start getting an amazing experiences; I am sure you won’t leave it. You should not lose the spirit and purpose of meditation. Your purpose of meditation should not be only to calm and cool down your mind and body but to achieve the inner peace and satisfaction in life. don’t have time to join classes or learn from tutors but they can spare some time as per their convenience to read books and follow what all instructions and techniques given in the books.

Before starting a meditation practice; the selection of meditation techniques are very much important. I have tried giving you few effective meditation techniques which I have followed while meditating. 1) You should make meditation as your formal practice. You will only reach to next level of meditation when you will sit quietly on a specific time everyday consistently. 2) Start with a deep breath and exhale slowly. When you are breathing in think positive and when you are breathing out think all negativity of your mind and all deceases you have are going out of your body. Think only positive things will happen in my life and I am blessed. 3) Stretch your body first. As losing your muscles will help you to sit comfortably and you can concentrate better. 4) While meditating do not forget the purpose of meditation. All the beginners the spirit and purpose of meditation should always keep in mind. 5) Meditation for beginners will be little bit easy but once you start doing it you go to higher level and you enjoy more.
