Ohana is a multigenerational housing complex located in the Parc Extension neighborhood, which is full of diversity and culture. In the same way, the biophilic design highlights the sense of community and belonging, as well as the feeling of peace. No family is perfect. It can be more chaotic than peaceful at times but as the saying goes in the Lilo and Stitch movie, “Ohana means family, and family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten.

Sweets n’ Dreams is a Korean lifestyle retail store that sells a variety of products such as stationery, skincare products, plushies, snacks, etc. The concept revolves around the idea of a childhood dream, allowing our users to fully immerse themselves into the store through interactive retail spaces such as the plushie garden and snack hut on the ground floor, as well as, the metro retail area in the basement.
Eden, known as “Educational Den” is a residential development that targets college and university level students. It is a place of comfort, where they are able to feel at home even being away from their loved ones. The goal is to offer them growth in socialization, learning and independence. Eden provides an appropriate mix of living options - individual or in groups, as well as a variety of amenities to suit any student’s lifestyle.
