welcome to our place Back in April we were fortunate enough to attend the launch of Timothy Oulton’s new Noble Souls collection in Milan. Presented in the beautiful Brera district nestled amongst an eclectic bunch of boutiques, on a centuries old winding, cobble stone narrow street. Walking in past a millionyear-old rock crystal the size of an oven and a replica of the moon landing capsule, upholstered in fawn leather and acting as a lounge setting, we are invited to a realm of reconnection. Noble Souls is an invitation to relax, share time with friends and slow down and we are proud to present the Noble Souls collection in our Parnell showroom. We invite you to try their Modular sofa – it’s a feeling like no other. Maximum comfort and the first sofa collection to use 100% vegetable dyed linens. It’s the perfect weather to while away the time on a handcrafted, feather filled sofa, and might I suggest one of the Scapegrace cocktails featured on page 17. It is exquisite!

30mL Scapegrace 15mL Syrup* 45mL Earl grey 15mL Lemon juice 1 Egg white Dry/wet shake, garnish with crushed almonds *Syrup: Melt 250g muscovado (or brown sugar), add 250g water and dissolve, add 10 juniper berries, a Tbsp. coriander seeds, 3 tsp black tea and 4 cinnamon sticks, infuse 10 minutes then strain.
