PERSPECTIVA Persepctive geometry ARC 402 Winter 2016 Proffesor Sarah Lorenzen
The process started with obtaining the perspectives of the Gericke house and lay the drawing flat and connecting at their end; this creates a sets of angled walls. After, the drawing was folded in different moments the drawing was then refolded to create a closed form. This created a star-shape project with angled roofs. The windows, doors, structure, roof design change dramatically into an angle. Windows become doors and doors become windows. Perspectiva is going to be located in River road, Plano, Illinois; at the site Perspectiva is roughly the same size as the Farnsworth House; they relate in their materials and detailing features. The location of these two buildings are in above the 500-year flood. If one where to stand in certain angles of the project one can recognize the presence of the Gerick house.
REALMS OF TRANSFORMATION A moment in Time ARC 404 Fall 2016 Proffesor Irma ramirez
Realms of Transformation derives from moments in time that transform us into different individuals. The theme originated from our individual projects that lead us to identify the transformations we conveyed in those projects, which are: self-identity, self-discovery, and self-expression. Structure of the museum flows from the entrance to the ground to emerge back and fold itself to create spaces. Self-discovery is established through the timeframe of the site. The museum it self- identifies through its structural movements but also through the circulation it provides to the visitor. Lady Liberty is a monument on the island of Self-expression that in one look one can understand the representation of freedom for many. As visitors arrive to the island they are invited to these moments to express themselves and leave their legacy or thoughts behind for others to seize and understand.
SMALL RESIDENCE 1
Geometric Solution ARC 450 Winter 2016 Proffesor Juin Tow
A proposal for a small residence is a concept for arranging two geometric shapes into a single residence that can flow along with its space. The geometric shapes chosen where a circle and a square. Both shapes are opposite of each other yet in this design the circle its turned into an arc; this which allows for the circulation to flow along the living room. This small residence has different heights and spaces; the resided can move and enter to various rooms with one main path. There are no doors to enclose rooms due to the confinement of space. The resident can easily access its office to its living rooms what make this small residence interesting is because of its height difference. The more activity areas have more height space, for example, the living room has two floor space.

CONCERT HALL Unfolding box ARC 401 Fall 2016
In this Class we followed the idea of “Form shaping program. We experimented with simple geomejust subtracting a space with other elemental form such as a square and a circle. In order to be familiarized with the structure of a concert Halls each student of my class inherited a particular concert hall; My assigned Concert hall is called The geometry related to the concert hall obtained. My main ideas was based on an empty box in which originally surrounds the concert hall; After I started playing around with folding inside out, then outside around it has led to me to see the building with transparency in which allows the building to shows its folding pattern. The Project is located in Wilshire ave. Los Angels

Drawings These are some of my sketches and drawings. I mostly like to draw by hand- sometimes I draw digitally. I draw sketches to explore design ideas. Each having a different personality of its own. Each drawing is driven by events or feelings mostly to express experiences. Giving spatial qualities to everyday objects. Imagine how people would feel in these spaces, explore their atmosphere it can produce.
