SharePoint 2010 Enterprise Server OnPremise Experience • While at BW, I was working on development of SharePoint lists, sites and libraries powered by InfoPath forms and SharePoint Designer workflows (BW's Intranet). Besides that, I am in charge for managing user permissions and supporting users in regard to all SharePoint-related issues; creation of the project and end user documentation. • What I did not do: programming
Major Projects • Strategic Map in cooperation with a CEO and his assistant. • Managing Request in regard to employees’ education development through trainings and seminars - Training Enquiry in cooperation with HR and CEO’s assistant
Strategic Map • Based on a custom SharePoint list, with lookup fields related to three other lists • Used to provide an overview of all strategic projects and to enable users to provide project status reports • Access restricted to department managers based on an AD group created specially for this purpose • Data submission through InfoPath form with two interchangeable views (one for new items and one for modification of existing items) • Workflows used for approval of new items, sending notifications, populating auxiliary lists, granting users with special permissions, performing batch actions, etc. • All changes captured within a separate project changelog list • Project documentation describes in detail particular solutions applied • End user documentation provides users with necessary instructions • Project duration ~ 8 months
Training Enquiry • Based on a custom SharePoint list, with lookup fields related to two other lists • Enables users to submit requests in regard to trainings, provide feedbacks one day and 3 months after the training, as well as HR to automatize the activities in regard to approval process, sending notifications, performing training evaluations, collecting and managing training certificates. • Data submission through a complex InfoPath form with a user friendly interface (e.g. expandable sections have been used in order to display only necessary sets of fields) • Workflows used for approval of new items (by 5 approvers, where approval process runs in a first step sequential and later parallel), sending notifications, populating auxiliary lists, performing batch actions, checking attachments etc. • All changes captured within a separate project changelog list • Project documentation on more than 50 pages describes in detail particular solutions applied • Project duration ~ 14 months
