What is the fact of the matter? Is it what we have been told or what is widely believed? Is it the opinion of those we see as informed or is the truth, truly undiscovered? Every day we are bombarded with barricades of information from the internet, scientific observations, colleagues, family members and even from our own minds. We have been trained to blindly believe what we see and hear from the masses. Society views have become considered fact when most often they are the trigger point where lies, myths and misunderstandings are shot from. In the aftermath of all this “information” and “truth”, we are walking around shell shocked and in disbelief when we see the fabric of our own communities, neighborhoods and families blown to pieces.
Think about it, the truth needs no defending. It doesn’t need a campaign or a banner that says look at me or listen to me.
We all remember the Trail of Tears, slavery, and the Holocaust. Let’s look at more recent times, remember the murder last week, yesterday, today?
Why is it that everywhere we look, we are blasted with signs, advertisements, campaigns, speeches, and propaganda?
We have allowed societies views to dictate the “best new things” in our lives as wealth, power, and self; leaving behind the old things like wisdom, love, and true self-worth.
Could it be that all of this freely given information is only smoke from the gun meant to cloud the truth? How many times have you spent money on something that was supposed to be the best “new thing” on the market only to find out it worked the exact same or worse than the “old thing” on the market?
We have deemed morals and values as old fashioned and outdated. A consumer is an individual that buys a product or service for self -use. They call us consumers; this is one thing that is true.
Well don’t feel bad, millions of people fell for the same smoking gun.
We are so consumed looking at what the media is telling us we don’t have; we can’t see the priceless gems we possess right in our own homes.
I know that seems small and insignificant, but what happens when that same concept is applied to something dangerous like hate.
We buy society’s ideas of what we should be, how we should act, what we should wear, what we should think. Nothing is wrong with purchasing something that has real value, but I urge you to recognize what you are buying, what the actual value of it, and please evaluate what the true price is you are paying for it. A wise person once told me to trust no one’s information but your own. Analyze what you see and hear, look past the smoke and see the gun in came from. J's all-time favorite producer is Mannie Fresh but also has a liking to Timbaland. In 5 years J plans are making a substantial career in the business and have his song's rotating on radio while his brand becomes an in home name: J-Ice productions, producer and artist.
The Message J Ices debut album that is scheduled to be released January 1st, 2016 on Not Only Street Records is a follow up to two mixtapes with the Hustlenerdz. J has produced for many of the local talents in Anderson, Indiana and his catalog has over 100 songs. The first mixtape in which J-Ice produced all the beats, it is called Fresh Prince. The Message is much different than his mixtape because on J's mixtapes he likes to have tons of fun on my albums but get very serious and try to display a message to his fans. Ice also freestyles many of his tracks although he is dedicated to writing as well. Metaphors, stories, and dance music are all combined in his style. J is an entrepreneur in his second year of business school, aspiring to one day own a high performance studio with the latest technology, producing for industry artists and having hits on the top ten charts. Currently J-Ice is preparing to be the breakout artist of 2016 working closely with dB Heard his personal manager and senior manager of Creative Amusement Talent Agency a sister company of the dBHeard publishing Group, LLC selling and promoting his beats and attending artist development classes conducted by dB Heard and staff.

Writing songs is always been a great way of expressing yourself. Many creative entrepreneurs are seeking to get into the songwriting field in which there are unlimited opportunities. Most writers do this in order to secure entertainment income through writing song's for independent semi national and major artists alike. One of the first things to consider is to write right! Songs are not just mere expression feeling or poetry. Songs are made up of timing, melodies, phrases and story lines that inherit different rhyme schemes and patterns. While keeping this in mind please consider that songwriting is also a very spiritual art form. Although songwriting often times uses paper and pen to deliver its message, it comes from the realm of the unseen. The spiritual universe is at work here; nature itself has positioned you to place your internal view on canvas through paper and pen. Please do consider the universal language of songwriting which is speaking to the world and not us. The expression of universal language is love!
It is determined that the first song that any song writer writes normally would be a love song, in fact sometimes songwriters get stuck in the area of only being able to produce love songs and unfortunately many of them have never graduated to creating songs with concepts, subjectmatter, themes and storylines. In addition, for those who do believe, God is love; therefore the spiritual value of our personal relationship to spiritually is how we interpret God's love to humanity through our consciousness know as art form. This I would consider to be the golden rule to songwriting. Do not pervert the true meaning of the song by using useless words that are meaningless and has no integrity to its value which distorts, confuses and compromises the authentic subject matter of the lyrics. We must recognize the simplicity of what it is to be realistic in making the song feel real as though the listener is truly there. Using words that are out of context of the previous line spoken many times leads to the death of a song at that particular point there a song could take a whole new direction which often loses the ear. Oftentimes statements can be somewhat hypnotic almost as a hypnotist saying watch the watch and keep saying repetitious phrases over and over with gloomy lines and gloomy conversation.
